В работе съезда принимали участие представители Коммунистической партии Беларуси во главе с Первым секретарем Игорем Карпенко. От имени ЦК было направлено приветствие делегатам и участникам съезда, в котором, в частности, говорится, что «осуществляя свои программы и проекты, направленные на всестороннее развитие молодежи и раскрытия ее творческого потенциала, БРСМ содействует развитию в Республике Беларусь гражданского общества, основанного на патриотических и духовно-нравственных ценностях. Коммунистическая партия Беларуси выразила твердую уверенность в том, что и в дальнейшем БРСМ будет последовательно и успешно решать задачи, поставленные 42 съездом, в интересах белорусского государства, обеспечивать условия для поддержки молодежных инициатив и воспитания патриотизма, как важнейшей духовной и социальной ценности.</strong></p>
<p>В масштабном форуме приняла участие одна тысяча делегатов съезда, а также гости и приглашенные, в том числе партнеры ОО «БРСМ» из молодежных организаций Республики Беларусь, Российской Федерации, Республики Казахстан, Латвийской Республики. </p>
<p>Старт мероприятиям съезда дала республиканская патриотическая акция «Мы помним и гордимся!», посвященная 70-летию Победы советского народа в Великой Отечественной войне.<br />
Во время митинга, который прошел на площади Победы, делегаты съезда возложили венки и цветы к монументу Победы, минутой молчания почтили память погибших во время Великой Отечественной войны.</p>
<p>В рамках акции в этом году по всей стране пройдут Вахты памяти, митинги, творческие фестивали, конкурсы патриотической песни, молодежные форумы, концерты, встречи с ветеранами.<br />
Представители молодежи поздравят ветеранов и участников войны с Днем Великой Победы, окажут им посильную помощь и необходимую поддержку.</p>
<p>Яркими мероприятиями акции станут проекты «Мой фильм о войне», «Весна 45-го года», агитпоезд концертных бригад «Салют Победы», акция «70 лет мира», а также проект «Герои Победы!».</p>
<p>После митинга делегаты съезда направились в Минский широкоформатный кинотеатр «Октябрь», где приняли участие в открытом диалоге с авторами и ведущими актерами художественного фильма «Государственная граница. Фильм девятый: Курьеры страха» (пр-во Национальной киностудии «Беларусьфильм», 2013 год).</p>
<p>Во Дворце Республики прошел открытый диалог «Молодежь Беларуси: традиции и будущее», в котором принял участие Президент Республики Беларусь Александр Григорьевич Лукашенко.</p>
<p>«Государство сделает все для реализации конкретных мер, направленных на улучшение положения молодежи в стране», - заявил Президент Беларуси.</p>
<p>Глава государства подчеркнул важность того, что молодежь открыто в широком составе намечает стратегию действий БРСМ, оценивает работу руководства организации и актива.</p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко отметил: «Беларусь - одно из немногих государств, где молодежному движению уделяется особое внимание. Как глава государства я выдвигаю в ряд первостепенных стратегических задач формирование такого молодого поколения, которое бы составляло ядро нашей трудолюбивой, образованной и здоровой нации». </p>
<p>По мнению Президента, ответственность, самостоятельность, инициатива должны стать главными чертами поколения молодежи, а вместе с ним - и всей страны. В свою очередь государство, как подчеркнул Александр Лукашенко, не снимает с себя задачи создания необходимых условий для самореализации и образования молодежи. «Государство по-прежнему будет стоять на ее защите, помогать в адаптации к современным условиям, чтобы мы все вместе смогли шагнуть дальше, к более высокому качеству жизни», - заявил Президент. </p>
<p>«Поддержка молодых семей всегда была и остается одним из приоритетов политики Беларуси. Надо честно признать, что в чем-то с этими приоритетами мы даже перегнули палку, стремясь, может быть, излишне, предупредить, подстраховать или обезопасить от трудностей молодого человека, вступающего во взрослую и самостоятельную жизнь. А ведь жизнь не обманешь. Если не приучить себя к преодолению меньших трудностей, с большими никогда не справишься», - отметил глава государства.</p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко подчеркнул, что в регионах будет наращиваться строительство жилья, а в Минске сокращаться. «Именно с наличием жилья семейная молодежь часто связывает решение иметь детей. Кто-то с осуждением скажет, что это слишком прагматично. Я отвечу: да, прагматично. Но и патриотично тоже, ведь это залог того, что дети будут защищены от бытовой неустроенности, обеспечены условиями для нормального роста и развития», - считает Президент. </p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко отметил, что в целом у молодого поколения взвешенное и серьезное отношение к рождению и воспитанию детей. По его словам, именно для этого социально ответственного большинства предназначена новая программа государственной поддержки «Большая семья», которую запустили с начала 2015 года. </p>
<p>В Беларуси 2015 год, по инициативе БРСМ, объявлен Годом молодежи. «Хотелось бы, чтобы он прошел заметно. Если он пройдет незаметно - грош вам цена», - сказал Президент, обращаясь к участникам съезда.</p>
<p>Студотряды являются не только хорошей школой для молодежи, но и серьезным кадровым резервом будущих управленцев. </p>
<p>Глава государства подчеркнул: «Уже не первый раз мы с вами поднимаем тему студотрядов, и мою позицию в этом вопросе вы знаете. Я всегда буду поддерживать это направление, потому что студотряды - это не только хорошая школа для молодежи, но и серьезный кадровый резерв».</p>
<p>Президент напомнил, что в свое время была поставлена задача восстановить студотрядовское движение, и совместно удалось это сделать. За три года студотрядовское движение охватило сотни тысяч ребят в Беларуси.</p>
<p>По мнению главы государства, в студотрядах формируются будущие управленцы, руководители предприятий и организаций. Студотряды должны работать в каждом районе Беларуси. И для студотрядов БРСМ, наниматели, руководители регионов должны создавать необходимые условия. Пример для образца есть - работа отрядов на Всебелорусской молодежной стройке атомной электростанции в Островце. Президент поддержал предложение молодежи, чтобы в этом году в каждом регионе сформировать студотрядовское движение и создать хотя бы один студенческий отряд.<br />
«В Беларуси для самореализации молодежи есть все условия, поэтому нет необходимости уезжать за границу, чтобы добиться коммерческого успеха и научного признания», - заявил Президент. </p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко обратил внимание на различные вредные привычки и угрозы здоровью молодежи. «Каждый день медики возвращают к жизни молодых, юных граждан, отравившихся так называемыми спайсами и другой заразой. И это самое страшное, что происходит в молодежной среде. Страшнее некуда, когда мы из-за дури стремительно теряем молодую жизнь. Это на самом деле повод призадуматься о нашем будущем. И решить эту проблему надо всем миром через активный образ жизни, через спорт. Любыми судьбами эту проблему нужно решить!» - подчеркнул Президент.</p>
<p>По мнению главы государства, нужно использовать все возможности, чтобы увести подростков и молодежь с улиц и загрузить их полезными делами, чтобы не было свободной минуты думать про эту отраву. «А ведь главная задача БРСМ состоит именно в этом. И работа союза будет иметь смысл только тогда, когда организация начнет решать проблемы молодежи силами самой молодежи. В этом заключается ее призвание и основное назначение», - отметил Президент. </p>
