    <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>В последние дни ноября 2010 года коммунисты Борисовской районной партийной организации собрались на свое главное собрание – отчетное.</p>
<p>В его работе приняли участие главный специалист отдела идеологической работы Борисовского райисполкома Корнюшко Екатерина Ивановна, председатель Борисовской районной организации Республиканского общественного объединения «Белая Русь» Меркулова Наталия Михайловна, председатель Борисовского районного общественного объединения «Белорусский союз офицеров» Алексеев Анатолий Зиновьевич, заместитель председателя Борисовской объединенной структуры ДОСААФ Миронов Александр Николаевич. Общественное объединение БРСМ представил член районного комитета Мицкус Андрей Иосифович, а районный совет ветеранов – член президиума Болотин Сергей Петрович.<br />
Накануне собрания прошел пленум районного комитета партии, на котором были рассмотрены все необходимые организационные вопросы, в том числе и организация явки. Из 58 членов КПБ, состоящих на учете, на собрание прибыло более 40 человек. Перед собранием коммунисты с интересом рассматривали и обсуждали фотомонтаж «Жизнь партийной организации – год 2010», подготовленный специально к партийному собранию. Перед началом собрания, по традиции, были вручены партийные билеты новым членам организации: Разинкину Владимиру Ивановичу, члену КПСС с февраля 1953 года, восстановившемуся после вынужденного перерыва, а также вновь принятым – Герасименко Елене Викторовне, экономисту, а ныне студентке-заочнице Института международных отношений, Волкову Павлу Петровичу, работающему инженером по охране труда и безопасности дорожного движения.<br />
Коммунистам района были представлены товарищи, принятые в партию несколько ранее: Мицкус Андрей – секретарь комитета ОО БРСМ завода БАТЭ, Янковский Дмитрий Леонидович – мастер производственного обучения строительного лицея (обоим молодым товарищам партийные билеты были вручены у памятника В.И. Ленину в день 93-й годовщины Великого Октября – 7 ноября), Глинская Ирина Ренуальдовна – директор средней школы №11. Товарищи по партии и присутствующие гости тепло приветствовали их аплодисментами. А затем слово для доклада было предоставлено первому секретарю Борисовского райкома КПБ – автору этих строк.<br />
В докладе подробно освещена работа, организованная по празднованию знаменательных дат 2010 года: 130-летия со дня рождения И.В.Сталина и 140-летия со дня рождения В.И.Ленина. С одобрением коммунисты выслушали слова о том, что деятельность по этой тематике необходимо продолжать, применяя многообразие форм пропагандистской работы.<br />
Как на собраниях в первичных организациях, так и райкомом дана оценка работы коммунистов в период подготовки и празднования 65-летия Великой Победы, что и отмечено в постановлении собрания.<br />
Докладчик уделил большое внимание анализу внутрипартийной работы. Были рассмотрены формы и методы, дана оценка каждой первичной организации. В пример была приведена первичная партийная организация «Чапаева», где секретарем коммунист Барабанов Владимир Матвеевич. По всем вопросам партийной жизни, а именно: регулярном и высокоорганизованном проведении партсобраний, информационных вечеров, росту партийных рядов, подписке на партийную газету, участие во всех мероприятиях, проводимых райкомом партии, коммунисты этой первички – впереди. Два созыва подряд являлся депутатом райсовета коммунист Артемов Геннадий Иванович, а ныне в районный Совет депутатов избрана член КПБ Воронина Елена Егоровна.<br />
Очень хорошо работают коммунисты первичных парторганизаций, где секретарями являются Гигель Михаил Александрович, Толстов Валерий Анатольевич, Болотин Сергей Петрович. Несколько снизили активность, в силу своего возраста, коммунисты первички, где секретарем Пашковский Геннадий Владимирович, хотя особых претензий к ним нет.<br />
 Однако не все гладко в этих же организациях по другим вопросам. Так, в первичной парторганизации, которую возглавлял В.С.Касинский (он переизбран в октябре с.г.), отмечена низкая явка на собрания, имели место проблемы с уплатой членских взносов отдельными коммунистами. Такие же претензии можно высказать в адрес и двух других первичных парторганизаций, названных выше. Поэтому в их адрес были высказаны несколько критических замечаний.<br />
Докладчик отметил, что на сегодняшнем этапе нет таких вопросов, которые бы не смогли решиться при поддержке райисполкома, идеологического и организационно-кадрового отделов исполкома.<br />
Подробному анализу подверглись пути и формы работы с общественными объединениями – «Белорусским союзом офицеров» и «Белой Русью». Было отмечено, что с этими организациями поддерживаются рабочие контакты, организуются и проводятся некоторые совместные мероприятия, но системная работа отсутствует. Присутствующие на собрании руководители этих общественных объединений согласились с такой оценкой и выразили готовность работать более активно и целенаправленно. В рабочем порядке принято совместное решение о подготовке обращения к избирателям города Борисова и района с призывом отдать свои голоса за действующего Президента – Александра Григорьевича Лукашенко. Решение принято единогласно, текст обращения подготовлен и будет опубликован в местной печати. В нынешней избирательной кампании принимают участие почти 70% коммунистов, в том числе в избирательных комиссиях 8 человек, наблюдателями – 24 человека, пятеро были членами инициативной группы по выдвижению кандидата в Президенты А.Г.Лукашенко.<br />
Не обошел вниманием докладчик работу с ветеранской организацией, которая готовится к отчетно-выборной конференции в начале будущего года. В состав совета ветеранов будут рекомендованы коммунисты, имеющие опыт работы в ветеранских организациях, который и применят на практике в Совете ветеранов. Одновременно была высказана благодарность тем коммунистам, которые ныне работают в совете ветеранов.<br />
 Наращиваются темпы и совершенствуются формы работы с общественным объединением БРСМ. Встречи с активом, участие в совместных акциях и мероприятиях, присутствие на собраниях и заседаниях комитетов, а также в юбилейных торжествах – вот далеко не полный перечень форм работы. Районный комитет партии на все вопросы, которые исходят от РК ОО БРСМ, реагирует оперативно и результативно. Например, была выделена определенная сумма денег на строительство памятника в честь юбилея комсомола, собрано коммунистами и передано в школьные организации более 1,5 тысяч художественных книг, в основном патриотического содержания.<br />
В дальнейшем видятся перспективы расширения круга вопросов, которые КПБ и ОО БРСМ могут решать совместно. Наверное, здесь уместно вспомнить о том, что в отчетном году в ряды КПБ были приняты секретари комитетов ОО БРСМ Желюбчик Валерий и Мицкус Андрей. Высказывают намерение и готовятся ко вступлению в КПБ еще несколько молодежных активистов. Так что впереди нас ожидает много интересного.<br />
В обсуждении докладов приняли участие секретари и активисты первичных организаций В.М.Барабанов, К.И.Ярцев, С.П.Болотин, члены райкома Г.И.Артемов, С.В.Бабицкий, А.В.Семычкин, коммунисты Б.Ф.Блоцкий, Н.А.Осинин, И.Ф.Шаплюк. В их выступлениях прозвучала объективная и деловая критика в адрес райкома и первичных организаций, направленная на дальнейшую активизацию внутрипартийной работы, укрепление связей и еще большего взаимопонимания с местными органами власти и общественными объединениями и организациями.<br />
 Итоговую оценку высказал коммунист Осинин Николай Анатольевич, который 66 лет состоит и активнейшим образом работает в партии. «Большая ответственность, – сказал он, – лежит на коммунистах и партийном активе по вопросам организации всей партийной работы в интересах повышения авторитета коммунистов и партии в целом. Наш Борисовский райком на правильном пути. Это авторитетная политическая партия в городе. С ней считаются, о ее деятельности знают. И я желаю всем коммунистам дальнейших успехов в нашей важной работе».<br />
 В принятом постановлении единогласно дана оценка работы райкома – «удовлетворительно», определены задачи коммунистов на первую половину 2011 года.</p>
