ВЛКСМ – активный помощник и резерв Коммунистической партии Советского Союза, самодеятельная общественная организация, которая объединяла в своих рядах широкие массы передовой советской молодежи. Школу Ленинского комсомола в советское время прошли миллионы молодых людей в возрасте от 14 до 28 лет. Комсомол был создан на 1-м Всероссийском съезде союзов рабочей и крестьянской молодежи. В 1924 году комсомолу было присвоено имя В.И.Ленина, в связи с образованием СССР комсомол был переименован во Всесоюзный Ленинский коммунистический союз молодежи. В.И. Ленин, выступая на III съезде РКСМ, призывал комсомольцев учиться коммунизму. За подвиги, совершенные в годы Гражданской и Великой Отечественной войн, а также успехи в социалистическом строительстве ВЛКСМ был награжден 6 орденами. </strong></p>
<p>Верный ленинским заветам, ВЛКСМ многие годы помогал партии воспитывать молодежь в духе коммунизма, вовлекать ее в практическое строительство нового общества, готовить поколение всесторонне развитых людей, которые будут жить, работать и управлять общественными делами при коммунизме. </p>
<p>В сентябре 1991 года прошел XXII Чрезвычайный съезд ВЛКСМ, объявивший историческую роль ВЛКСМ исчерпанной и распустивший организацию.</p>
<p>Правопреемником комсомола в нашей стране ныне является Белорусский республиканский союз молодежи (БРСМ), созданный в сентябре 2002 года. Цель ОО «БРСМ» - создание условий для всестороннего развития молодежи, раскрытия ее творческого потенциала, содействие развитию в Республике Беларусь гражданского общества, основанного на патриотических и духовно-нравственных ценностях белорусского народа. В соответствии с этим определяются и основные направления деятельности организаций БРСМ республики.</p>
<p>Сегодня БРСМ имеет свои структуры во всех регионах республики, объединяет более 450 тысяч творческих, деятельных, инициативных белорусских парней и девушек, воплощает в жизнь сотни смелых, ярких идей, тысячи конкретных дел, реализуются масштабные проекты по гражданско-патриотическому, трудовому воспитанию молодежи, пропаганде здорового образа жизни и спорта. Наша организация востребована молодежью, пользуется уважением в обществе и является надежным партнером государства в деле построения сильной и процветающей Беларуси.</p>
<p><strong>Он дал путевку в жизнь!</strong><br />
Часто, когда я дома перебираю старые фотографии, с особой теплотой вспоминаю годы своей комсомольской юности.  Сейчас мне более 60 лет, но я помню как вчера многие события той замечательной поры, будничную деятельность в комсомольских коллективах, где довелось учиться и служить. Что для меня значит комсомол, в ряды которого я вступил ровно 50 лет назад, будучи учащимся средней школы в Алтайском крае? Это – молодость, кипучая энергия, насыщенность жизни значимыми событиями, которые переплелись с историей родного края, нашей необъятной страны, и, в целом, моей биографии. Без преувеличения могу сказать, что лучшие и незабываемые годы жизни  отданы более чем 10-летней работе в комсомоле, давшему бесценный опыт работы с молодежью, вручившему своего рода комсомольскую путевку в дальнейшее профессиональное становление политического работника. Именно комсомол научил меня верить в то дело, которому служишь, и увлекать других. Он подарил мне десятки встреч с видными людьми страны и армии, здесь я обрел много дорогих моему сердцу друзей.  Девиз нашей работы был таков: «Держи равнение, мое поколение, на комсомол!».<br />
Много было интересных мероприятий и событий тех незабываемых комсомольских лет. О некоторых из них я хочу рассказать читателям партийной газеты.</p>
<p>Проходя службу в Северо-Кавказском военном округе, я был избран членом бюро Ростовского обкома комсомола. Здесь запомнилась «Эстафета боевой славы», в которой приняли участие лучшие комсомольцы – победители социалистического соревнования по достойной встрече XVIII съезда ВЛКСМ. Маршрут следования комсомольцев пролегал по местам боевых действий на Северном Кавказе и завершался на Мамаевом кургане в Волгограде. На  приеме в обкоме комсомола участникам патриотического мероприятия был вручен наказ, на площади Гагарина в Ростове состоялся торжественный митинг с участием фронтовиков, ветеранов партии и комсомола. С напутствием на митинге выступил легендарный человек – дважды Герой Советского Союза генерал армии Исса Плиев, бывший командир конно-механизированной группы в годы Великой Отечественной войны.</p>
<p>В апреле 1977 года мне довелось быть в составе делегации во главе с первым секретарем Ростовского обкома КПСС Иваном Бондаренко на чествовании известного советского писателя, лауреата Государственной премии Союза писателей СССР, секретаря правления Союза писателей РСФСР, депутата областного Совета народных депутатов Виталия Закруткина.</p>
<p>Бывший военный корреспондент – автор многих фронтовых рассказов и очерков, повестей «Кавказские записки», «За высоким плетнем», «Млечный путь», романов «Плавучая станица», «Матерь человеческая». Вспоминаю, как мы встречались с этим замечательным человеком-легендой донского края, учеником Михаила Шолохова. 30 лет он уже жил в станице Кочетовская Семикаракорского района, на правом берегу реки Дон в простой деревенской избе, где творил свои произведения. Первый секретарь Ростовского ОК КПСС вручил знаменитому писателю-земляку памятный подарок. Свой сувенир подарили и мы, комсомольские работники военного округа. 70-летний писатель Виталий Закруткин рассказал собравшимся на юбилей гостям о своей работе над 3-й книгой романа-эпопеи «Сотворение мира»  – большом художественном произведении о крахе буржуазного мира и становлении, развитии мировой социалистической державы – СССР с 1921 до 1945 гг.</p>
<p>…Большим событием в жизни нашей страны, ее молодого поколения стал XVIII съезд ВЛКСМ, состоявшийся в апреле 1978 года.  Он с новой силой и убедительностью продемонстрировал монолитную сплоченность Ленинского комсомола вокруг Коммунистической партии Советского Союза, готовность советской молодежи всегда и во всем следовать заветам великого Ленина, делу Октября, умножать славу и могущество любимой Родины.</p>
<p>Мне (в то время я проходил службу в должности помощника начальника политуправления округа по комсомольской работе) посчастливилось быть делегатом XVIII съезда ВЛКСМ от Ростовской областной комсомольской организации. В Москве делегатов ростовской делегации во главе с первым секретарем обкома комсомола Юрием Дергаусовым (вскоре он станет секретарем ЦК ВЛКСМ) разместили в лучшей столичной гостинице «Россия». </p>
<p>25 апреля 1978 года высший орган ВЛКСМ  начал свою работу в Кремлевском Дворце съездов. Он проходил в обстановке высокого общественно-политического подъема и трудового энтузиазма советского народа, успешно претворяющего в жизнь исторические решения XXV съезда Коммунистической партии Советского Союза. Мы, делегаты высшего молодежного форума, с огромным воодушевлением восприняли Приветствие Центрального Комитета КПСС XVIII съезду ВЛКСМ, яркую, вдохновляющую речь Генерального секретаря ЦК КПСС, Председателя Президиума Верховного Совета СССР Леонида Ильича Брежнева. Он всесторонне проанализировал деятельность комсомола как своего надежного резерва и помощника, открыл перед ВЛКСМ новые горизонты практического участия в коммунистическом строительстве. «Каждый комсомолец, – отметил Леонид Ильич, – должен быть политическим бойцом, служить примером деловитости, скромности, принципиальности, достойно носить высокое звание члена Ленинского союза молодежи». Восторженно восприняли делегаты напутствие Генерального секретаря ЦК КПСС: «Пусть и впредь в ваших сердцах горит чистый огонь патриотизма, живет благородное чувство личной ответственности за порученное дело, за все, что происходит в стране». Эти слова вызывали у каждого молодого гражданина Советской страны желание трудиться еще лучше, еще плодотворнее.</p>
<p>С отчетным докладом на Всесоюзном комсомольском форуме перед почти 5 тысячами делегатами от многомиллионной армии комсомола выступил первый секретарь ЦК ВЛКСМ Борис Пастухов. В своих выступлениях на съезде делегаты выразили сердечную благодарность КПСС за повседневную заботу о подрастающем поколении, за мудрое руководство комсомолом, отеческое внимание к молодежи. Программой своей дальнейшей деятельности делегаты съезда и вся советская молодежь приняли  Резолюцию съезда, в которой, в частности, отмечалось: «Центральная задача ВЛКСМ – воспитывать молодежь в духе коммунистической идейности, советского патриотизма, пролетарского интернационализма, высокой организованности и дисциплинированности, вести действенную пропаганду достижений и преимуществ социалистического стоя, на основе марксистско-ленинского учения формировать у каждого молодого человека политическую культуру, нравственную чистоту, активную жизненную позицию».  Прошло 35 лет с тех пор, а эта задача молодежной организации по-прежнему актуальна,  кажется свежей и современной.</p>
<p>Примечательно, что на высшем комсомольском форуме в числе других отмечался положительный опыт комсомольско-молодежного коллектива Минского тракторного завода. На предприятии каждый четвертый коллектив обязался ко дню открытия съезда выполнить задание двух с половиной лет пятилетки, а 15 молодежных коллективов – трех лет. Встав на трудовую предсъездовскую вахту, молодые рабочие МТЗ выступили инициаторами социалистического соревнования за полное и рациональное использование техники, экономию и бережливость на каждом рабочем месте. </p>
<p>Запоминающимися остались спортивно-театрализованное представление в Лужниках, концерт мастеров искусств в Кремлевском Дворце съездов,  встречи с космонавтами, писателями, артистами, видными военачальниками, знатными людьми Советского Союза, выдающимися советскими спортсменами – олимпийскими чемпионами, а также экскурсии в Звездный городок, ВДНХ, Третьяковскую галерею. Помнится и еще одно событие: проводы большой группы делегатов, решивших поехать на строительство Байкало-Амурской магистрали, главную комсомольскую стройку того времени. </p>
<p>На вечере авторской песни народной артистки СССР, «комсомольского» композитора Александры Пахмутовой в исполнении артистов-лауреатов премии Ленинского комсомола прозвучали песни «Не расстанусь с комсомолом», «Песня о тревожной молодости», «Главное, ребята, сердцем не стареть!», «Орлята учатся летать!» и другие. Не могу до сих пор передать тех чувств, когда мы в едином порыве пятитысячным комсомольском хором в Кремлевском Дворце съездов вместе с популярным солистом Иосифом Кобзоном исполнили: «И вновь продолжается бой, и сердцу тревожно в груди, и Ленин такой молодой, и юный Октябрь впереди!». </p>
<p>В дни работы съезда мы с особой отчетливостью почувствовали, что труд молодежи необходим Родине, что она по заслугам оценивает вклад в развитие страны рабочего и колхозника, врача и инженера, шахтера и агронома, защитника Отечества. Съезд комсомола памятен и тем, что на нем мне в числе других делегатов вручили высокую награду ВЛКСМ нагрудный - знак «Воинская доблесть», который я с гордостью ношу до сих пор.</p>
<p>…С тех памятных лет, как говорят, много воды утекло. В 1991 году я, как и многие представители моего поколения, прошедшие в свое время надежную комсомольскую школу, по-своему остро переживал, когда с распадом СССР прекратил свою деятельность ВЛКСМ, на Знамени которого три ордена Ленина, ордена Октябрьской революции, Красного Знамени, Трудового Красного Знамени.</p>
<p>Работая сейчас в Белорусском государственном музее истории Великой Отечественной войны, мне нередко приходится встречаться с современной  молодежью и ее лидерами. Приятно осознавать, что в нашей стране восстановлено молодежное движение, создан Белорусский республиканский союз молодежи, преемник ЛКСМБ и то, что дело воспитания молодого поколения в надежных руках.</p>
<p>…Накануне юбилея ВЛКСМ я встретился с активным членом Коммунистической партии Беларуси, моим старшим товарищем, сослуживцем генерал-майором в отставке Василием Краюшиным, в прошлом комсомольским работником. Разговор, как водится, зашел о партийных новостях, текущих повседневных делах. Как всегда, мы вспомнили и свою комсомольскую юность, общих знакомых по комсомолу и партийной работе. И мы, ветераны комсомола, едины в том, о чем хочется сказать словами популярной в 80-е годы песни:</p>
<p><em> Нет, родился я не поздно!<br />
 Продолжается борьба.<br />
 Комсомол – не просто возраст,<br />
 Комсомол – моя судьба!</em></p>
<p><strong><em>Центральный Комитет направил поздравление в адрес ЦК ОО «БРСМ» с 95-й годовщиной ВЛКСМ. Оно отправлено за подписью Первого секретаря ЦК КПБ И.В.Карпенко. В частности, в поздравлении говорится, что БРСМ сохраняет лучшие традиции Ленинского комсомола, воспитывает молодое поколение в духе патриотизма, а значит заботится о будущем нашей прекрасной Родины.</em></strong></p>
