Об этом заявил Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко на совещании с руководителями дипломатических представительств и консульских учреждений Беларуси.</strong></p>
<p>Президент подчеркнул, что для работников МИД страна делает все, что может. «И отвечая на вопрос материального благосостояния, обеспечения мидовских работников - у нас немного таких профессиональных людей, МИД компактная структура - все будет зависеть от результатов. Будут результаты - средства для этого мы найдем», - сказал Александр Лукашенко.</p>
<p>Президент напомнил, что в случае необходимости дипломаты всегда могут напрямую обратиться к главе государства. «Если есть нерешаемые вопросы, давайте будем решать, в том числе и на моем уровне. Но давайте договоримся, что в отношениях между вами и министрами, руководителями предприятий не должно быть волокиты и бюрократизма, не должно быть какого-то лишнего разделения сфер и обязанностей, - отметил Александр Лукашенко, обращаясь к присутствующим на совещании. - Если вы видите, где что-то можно для страны сделать, то вы не смотрите, что это моя работа, а это какого-то руководителя предприятия. Вы все должны работать на свою страну».</p>
<p>Президент обратил внимание на то, что сегодня сформирован достаточно сильный корпус послов. «Но должен быть результат», - подчеркнул глава государства.</p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко считает, что белорусская продукция хорошего качества и ее нужно продвигать на внешних рынках. «В целом хорошая продукция, но отдельные образцы, позиция и работа руководителей предприятий не выдерживают критики», - заметил глава государства. В этой связи он потребовал от правительства принятия действенных решений, контроля и спроса за выполнение поставленных задач. «Поменьше волокиты и побольше конкретных дел и отдачи», - подчеркнул Президент. Он также заметил: «Хоть публично нас могут критиковать, но с нами все считаются, и о нас, о нашей политике очень хорошо осведомлены».</p>
<p><strong>Об арендном жилье</strong><br />
Распределение арендного жилья должно проводиться исключительно на принципах честности и справедливости, заявил Президент Беларуси.<br />
Александр Лукашенко напомнил, что в ноябре прошлого года уже рассматривались правовые аспекты формирования и предоставления арендного жилья в стране. Тогда были тщательно изучены все нововведения с точки зрения максимального учета интересов граждан, в том числе учтен зарубежный опыт. Результатом стал указ главы государства, который внес серьезные изменения в жилищную политику государства и вступил в силу с 1 апреля 2014 года. «Поскольку этот документ затрагивает интересы очень многих людей, необходимо с самого начала внимательно следить за тем, как он работает на практике», - подчеркнул белорусский лидер. В связи с этим Президент поинтересовался ходом реализации указа, наличием каких-либо шероховатостей и недоработок. </p>
<p>Президент также отметил, что в указе были определены категории граждан, имеющие право на первоочередное предоставление соответствующего жилья. Среди них молодые специалисты, ученые, военнослужащие, судьи, сотрудники прокуратуры и работники, назначенные на должность с переездом в другой населенный пункт. «Кроме того, согласно перечню, утверждаемому главой государства, такое жилье получат государственные служащие, которым оно положено исходя из характера выполняемой ими работы. Соответствующий перечень был подготовлен правительством. Однако, как оказалось, к нему есть претензии», - сказал Александр Лукашенко. </p>
<p>«Но при этом нужно помнить, что жить надо по средствам. Никакого не должно быть нечестного отношения к людям в этом плане, не должно быть выпячивания определенных категорий людей. Все должно быть честно и справедливо, - подчеркнул белорусский лидер. - У нас много нуждающихся в улучшении жилищных условий, для которых такой способ - единственная возможность решить свой жилищный вопрос».</p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко заслушал доклады ответственных чиновников по соответствующим вопросам, связанным с выделением и последующим использованием арендного жилья. По итогам обсуждения Президент дал поручение доработать необходимые проекты нормативных правовых актов, но четко предупредил, что в них не должно быть каких-либо дополнительных льгот и привилегий. «Ни в коем случае ничего не надо расширять», - потребовал глава государства. </p>
<p>«Нельзя идти фронтом и расширять для чиновников (какими бы они ни были) это право, создавать льготу, - подчеркнул Александр Лукашенко. - Мы так всех чиновников переселим в отдельное жилье, и они не будут знать, чем народ дышит и живет. Вот почему я говорю, что должно быть честно и справедливо, и ни в коем случае ничего не расширять».</p>
<p><strong>О сотрудничестве  с Китаем</strong><br />
Президент считает, что в сотрудничестве с Китаем следует переходить от кредитного к инвестиционному взаимодействию.</p>
<p>По словам Александра Лукашенко, Азиатский регион, который сохраняет наиболее высокие темпы экономического роста в мире и представляет собой емкий рынок для белорусской продукции, является одним из важнейших приоритетов белорусской внешней политики.</p>
<p>Александр Лукашенко обратил внимание на тот факт, что сегодня импорт государств Азии составляет треть мирового импорта, ряд государств занимают лидирующие позиции в мире в качестве иностранных инвесторов.</p>
<p>Что касается Китайской Народной Республики, то Президент отметил, что установившиеся с новым руководством отношения всестороннего стратегического взаимодействия позволяют и обязывают усилить интенсивность двустороннего сотрудничества во всех сферах.</p>
<p>«Нам следует переходить сегодня от кредитного к инвестиционному сотрудничеству. Именно прямые инвестиции должны стать основным фактором развития отношений и модернизации экономик двух стран», - считает белорусский лидер.</p>
<p>«Я провел предметные переговоры со всеми посетившими Беларусь азиатскими лидерами и могу без преувеличения заявить, что мы создали серьезные предпосылки для активизации всего спектра нашего сотрудничества с регионом Азии. Пора практически эти договоренности реализовывать», - подчеркнул Александр Лукашенко. Он также добавил, что «не стоит везде без разбора ставить белорусские сборочные производства, распыляя до бесконечности свои силы».</p>
<p><strong>Награды от Президента</strong><br />
Александр Лукашенко своим распоряжением утвердил решение совета специального фонда Президента по социальной поддержке одаренных учащихся и студентов. Денежными премиями поощрены 715 обучающихся. </p>
<p>В частности, денежной премией с вручением нагрудного знака фонда поощрены победители III Европейской математической олимпиады среди девушек, 22-й Международной олимпиады экологических проектов INEPO, 8-й Международной олимпиады проектов молодых изобретателей, Международной мировой олимпиады научных проектов в области энергетики, инженерии и окружающей среды. </p>
<p>Денежными премиями поощрены также победители заключительного этапа республиканской олимпиады по учебным предметам 2014 года, XXV Республиканского конкурса научных биолого-экологических работ, республиканского конкурса «Студент года-2013», Открытой олимпиады школьников по программированию.</p>
<p><strong>Построят Национальный футбольный стадион</strong><br />
Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко 18 июля подписал указ №357 «О реализации инвестиционного проекта по строительству многофункционального комплекса в г.Минске». </p>
<p>«Документом предусмотрено до 31 декабря 2018 года осуществить реализацию инвестиционного проекта по строительству многофункционального комплекса в границах Партизанского проспекта - улиц Ванеева - Долгобродской в Минске», - проинформировали в пресс-службе.</p>
<p>Инвестпроектом предусматривается строительство национального футбольного стадиона в соответствии с критериями 4-й категории регламента UEFA вместимостью 33-35 тыс. посадочных мест.</p>
<p>Кроме того, для создания единого архитектурного комплекса проектируемые новый национальный стадион и торговый центр увязан с действующим стадионом «Трактор» и домом физической культуры «Кольца Славы».</p>
