C 1 июля эта республика стала полноправным членом ЕАЭС. Договор о ее присоединении к ЕАЭС был подписан в Москве 8 мая 2015 года. Коммунисты республики не собираются оставаться в стороне от происходящих в стране процессов. Об этом нам рассказал председатель Центрального Комитета Партии коммунистов Кыргызстана Шерали Эгембердиев.</strong>
<p><strong>- Расскажите о ваших впечатлениях от Беларуси.</strong><br />
- Я уже второй раз в Беларуси. Осенью прошлого года наша делегация приезжала, чтобы поучаствовать в партийном форуме. И меня тогда поразила ваша страна. Она знает, что происходит в мире, знает, куда она идет, люди уверены в завтрашнем дне. Фактически вы пошли по социалистическому пути развития: сохранение коллективных форм ведения хозяйства, забота о человеке, отсутствие безработицы. И мы не видели здесь таких ситуаций, когда люди были бы чем-то недовольны, были бы злыми. Наоборот – они излучают спокойствие! И это самая отличительная черта жителей Беларуси по сравнению с другими постсоветскими регионами. И теперь я вновь приехал, чтобы посмотреть ваш прекрасный город и встретиться с коллегами по Коммунистической партии Беларуси. На съезде мы не только услышали лидеров компартии, но региональных представителей, которые подробно и с гордостью рассказывают не только о партийных, но и достижениях своей страны. Это говорит о том, что КПБ уже себя не отделяет от тех республиканских дел, которые происходят в государстве. Поэтому коммунисты с удовольствием поддерживают кандидатуру Александра Григорьевича Лукашенко на новый срок в качестве Президента Республики Беларусь. И мы еще раз убедились, что Беларусь - это уникальное явление. Во многих странах коммунистическая партия является оппозиционной к официальной власти, а здесь мы наблюдаем ситуацию сложившуюся наоборот. Так уж получилось, что компартия и власть сошлись в том, что нужно защищать интересы трудящихся. И когда мы говорим у себя в Кыргызстане о Беларуси, о единстве КПБ и Президента, мы в то же время понимаем, что совпадение не 100%,  это вряд ли возможно, но главное, что есть общий интерес партии и лидера нации в том, чтобы белорусский народ жил хорошо. И это то, что их сближает.<br />
<strong>- У вас новая должность - до этого вы были секретарем ЦК Компартии.</strong><br />
- Да, теперь, как первое лицо, я могу инициировать какие-либо совместные проекты с белорусскими региональными представителями. Когда я слушал их выступления, отмечал для себя, что можно перенять и затем применить в наших условиях в Кыргызстане. Естественно, что когда я вернусь домой, я подготовлю отчет, где поделюсь впечатлениями о том, что я здесь увидел и услышал. Вообще, опыт – это большое дело! И мы не можем жить изолированно друг от друга. Какие успехи не имела бы партия, она все равно должна присматриваться к тому, что делается у другой, родственной по духу и идеологии, партии. Взаимосвязь партий будет помогать в том, чтобы более уверенно обозначать себя и свои цели на будущее, на перспективу, и совершенствовать свою работу. Кстати, когда у нас в стране проходят какие-то партийные мероприятия, мы всегда приглашаем Чрезвычайного и Полномочного Посла Республики Беларусь в Кыргызстане Виктора Денисенко. И он с удовольствием приходит, участвует. Он доступный человек, у него нет какой-либо заносчивости. Когда мы с ним беседуем, складывается такая дружеская атмосфера, как в те далекие годы, когда мы были в одном государстве, и мы очень рады встречать его на наших мероприятиях.<br />
<strong>- Позвольте, я выражу радость и поздравлю вас с тем, что мы с вами теперь союзники, поскольку находимся в одном Евразийском экономическом союзе.</strong><br />
- Взаимно! По определению марксизма-ленинизма, экономика – первична. А когда экономика первична, это отражается на политике, в духовном плане и других аспектах. Людям лучше живется. И мы уже получили предложения от коммунистов (в наших рядах есть и предприниматели) оживить экономические связи между нашими странами. Они готовы к сотрудничеству. К сожалению, в советские годы промышленность Кыргызстана была ориентирована на оборонный комплекс. Поэтому огромные заводы сейчас простаивают без дела. От них остались только пустующие здания с оконными проемами. Конечно, даже в те годы их нельзя было сравнивать с вашим БелАЗом и другими гигантами, но тем не менее, эти заводы давали рабочие места людям и хорошую продукцию для других республик и Союза в целом… Кстати, в наших партийных документах в свое время писали и до сих пор это есть, что мы выступаем за вхождение Кыргызстана в Союзное государство России и Беларуси. Это наша программа минимум и мы почти к ней приблизились, потому что уже вошли в ЕАЭС. Большая заслуга в этом президента России Владимира Владимировича Путина, который, несмотря на некоторые моменты, стукнул кулаком, и вопрос вхождения Кыргызстана решился быстро. И надеемся, что со временем создадим такое государство, о котором мы все мечтаем. Пусть этнически мы далеки, но исторически так сложилось, что нашим народам нужно быть вместе.<br />
<strong>- Идет ли сегодня в ряды вашей партии молодежь?</strong><br />
- Процент молодежи не большой. Но сейчас работа по привлечению молодых людей усиливается. У нас новый молодой комсомольский вожак, член СКП-КПСС Рыспек Тойбеков. Будет поднимать комсомол.
