<p>На открытии форума собравшихся поприветствовали <strong>председатель Совета партии Алексей Степанович Камай</strong> и <strong>секретарь ЦК КПБ Георгий Петрович Атаманов</strong>.<br />
Г.П. Атаманов с гордостью отметил, что сегодня подрастает молодежь, которая верит в построение справедливого общества. «Общество должно быть справедливым по организации труда, по заработной плате, медицине, образованию - и всего этого смогут добиться наши выдвиженцы, кандидаты в депутаты. Начиная агитационную избирательную кампанию, хочу пожелать всем успехов», - поприветствовал молодых коммунистов секретарь ЦК КПБ.</p>
<p><strong>Первый секретарь ЦК КПБ Игорь Васильевич Карпенко</strong> подчеркнул международный характер мероприятия и напомнил, что сегодня Комсомол Украины подвергается гонениям со стороны праворадикальных сил, которые пытаются таким образом подавить инакомыслие и бороться с теми людьми, которые говорят правду о том, что происходит в стране и за ее пределами.<br />
«Я убежден, что форум и его насыщенная программа, которую вы подготовили, будет полезна для вас в профессиональном плане. Уверен, в рамках форума вы выработаете свои концептуальные подходы, которые могут лечь в основу совершенствования молодежной политики нашей партии и найдут отражения в документах и решениях партийных съездов, центральных органов и партийных организаций», - считает первый секретарь.</p>

<p>«Очень важно обратить внимание на молодежную политику нашей партии. Сегодня нарастает неолиберальное движение, которое пытается перечеркнуть и исказить наше общее советское прошлое, пытается довести информацию для молодежи о том, что проект социализма – провальный проект, не имеющий перспектив. Для нас важно, чтобы в рамках молодежного форума, в рамках взаимодействия молодых коммунистов вы внимательно изучали весь тот огромный пласт информации, который звучит как в государственных СМИ и в наших партийных документах, так и в оппозиционных. Сегодня нужно детально, досконально разбираться в том, что говорят, кто говорит и как говорят. Я убежден, что наша молодежь, пытливая, профессиональная, грамотная, стремящаяся к знаниям – это наш залог успеха для подготовки аналитики о процессах, происходящих вокруг нас. Я убежден, что в рамках молодежного форума мы будем совершенствовать формы и методы партийной работы, в том числе и информационно-пропагандистские, которые позволят доносить в стране и за ее пределами, что либеральной и неолиберальной политике есть альтернатива. Это социалистическое будущее, это плановая экономика, мир без войн и межнациональных и межрелигиозных конфликтов.<br />
Сегодня мы наблюдаем, что мир неспокоен, что идет его глобальный передел, где в угоду ТНК и международному капиталу развязываются военные конфликты с целью захвата новых рынков сбыта, и в результате этого происходит глобальное обнищание трудящихся.</p>
<p>Мы не можем с этим смириться, потому что это не просто наша идеология, это наше жизненное кредо, наша жизненная позиция.<br />
Я признателен вашей инициативе провести этот первый форум, чтобы сплотить нашу молодежь, обменяться опытом, поделиться новой информацией, определить пути и формы дальнейшей работы. Я убежден, что наша молодежь с коммунистическим мировоззрением, члены нашей партии должны работать с широкими слоями населения, чтобы доносить альтернативный взгляд на развитие государства, общества и мирового сообщества.</p>
<p>Хочу пожелать, чтобы ваша политическая деятельность, ваши дела и труд приносили удовлетворения не только вам, ведь организация должна работать для людей. Если мы будем проводить глобальную работу, которую смогут оценить люди, это будет не только рост авторитета нашей молодежи, но и рост авторитета партии», - завершил выступление первый секретарь.<br />
С этими словами Игорь Васильевич объявил форум открытым.</p>
<p>В первый день форума состоялся чемпионат по футболу на Кубок КПБ, в котором победила команда из Могилева, а также прошла форсайт-дискуссия с участием <strong>кандидатов в депутаты, коммунистами Алексеем Соколом, Людмилой Кубраковой, Виталием Мисевцов, Натальей Климович и Романом Никоновым</strong>. Коммунисты рассказали о старте агитационной кампании, поставленных задачах, формах работы с населением и многом другом, поделившись опытом с участниками.</p>

<p>Главной же темой форума стала молодежная политика партии, а также вопрос о создании комсомольской общественной организации.</p>
<p>Игорь Васильевич напомнил участникам форума, что до Октябрьской революции такого понятия, как молодежная политика не существовало. Коммунисты одними из первых принесли этот термин в виде комсомола и задач, которые стоят перед молодежными организациями. В современных условиях это не только обогащение теоретическими знаниями, но и определенная практическая политическая деятельность, которая будет формировать умения, навыки, формы и методы работы.</p>
<p>В качестве гостей на молодежный форум прибыли руководители комсомола России и Украины, которые поделились опытом работы подобных общественных молодежных объединений, рассказали о проблемах, задачах и формах деятельности, а также перспективах совместного сотрудничества в плане молодежной политики.</p>
<p><strong>Первый секретарь ЦК ЛКСМ РФ Владимир Исаков</strong>, затронул идеологические аспекты сотрудничества и поделился с участниками форума опытом работы российского комсомола.<br />
– Мы исходим из того, что комсомол – это главная опора коммунистической партии, ее авангард, острие атаки. Возможно, сейчас вас и немного, однако не стоит гнаться за численностью. Комсомольцы должны быть надежными, проверенными товарищам, потому что история показывает, что молодая партия большевиков, как и комсомол, всегда были и на баррикадах, и первыми шли в бой в Великую Отечественную войну, а впоследствии, к сожалению, испытали период гонений.<br />
Сейчас в России мы – оппозиционная партия. Мы пережили разные стадии, но мощная идеология помогла сохранить единство и дух, который присущ нам.<br />
В своей работе мы исходим из нескольких основных направлений. Как молодежная общественная организация мы ведем гражданско-патриотическую деятельность, курируем творчество, спорт. В рамках этих направлений были разработаны три больших проекта.<br />
На гражданско-патриотической ниве действует проект «Знамя Победы». Это – открытый урок истории в школах для старшеклассников, где мы показываем преимущества своетского общественного строя. Мы объясняем ребятам, почему советский союз сумел продержаться долгих четыре года и красный стяг был водружен над Берлином. Буржуазные страны рухнули в одночасье, а СССР сумел от порога своего дома до логова зверя принес на штыках Великую Победу. Кульминация данных уроков – изготовление Знамени Победы с помощью трафарета и краски. Провести аналогичные уроки можно по всей республике Беларусь.<br />
Кроме того, у нас есть творческий проект – «Земля талантов». Происходит отбор наиболее талантливой молодежи под эгидой КПРФ для участия в гала-концерте. Также мы готовим большой спортивный фестиваль, где акцентируем победы советской сборной, советский опыт, рассказываем о биографиях спортсменов-фронтовиков, членов Коммунистической партии.<br />
Сегодня условия непростые, но идеология нам обязательно поможет. Вы должны решить для себя, ребята, что если вы встаете на этот путь, то должны идти по нему до конца. Наши имена всегда будут с коммунистическим движением, с компартией, комсомолом. За нами вековая история, вековые традиции и вековые победы. Вперед, за социализм! Желаю вам удачи, и уверен, что все получится, потому что Беларусь – это героическая земля, – подытожил Владимир Исаков.</p>

<p>Лидер антифашистского комитета Волынской области <strong>Александр Кононович</strong>, брат <strong>Михаила Коновича</strong>, первого секретаря ЦК ЛКСМУ, также принял участие в форуме. Он рассказал о специфике работы в Украине и поделился собственным опытом.</p>
<p>– Фидель Кастро, Нельсон Мандела тоже были молодыми людьми. Нужно работать в массах, надо втягивать молодежь в красную – бунтарскую в хорошем смысле – идею. Для этого в ход идет создание клубов по интересам, формирование молодежных ячеек.<br />
Сегодня в Украине множество левых бутафорских партий и движений. Почему их никто не преследует, не бьет, не убивает? Именно потому, что они бутафорские. А мы представляем угрозу для капитализма и для власти, которая сейчас временно установилась в Украине, поскольку вскрываем прозападную ложь и пропаганду. К примеру, тем, кто стремится в Евросоюз, мы рассказываем простую вещь: блага Европы созданы на откровенном грабеже континентов. «По большом счету, Европа – это банда. Хочешь в нее – неси за это ответственность», – говорим мы. Есть такая пословица: хуже войны с англосаксами – только дружба с англосаксами.<br />
Хочу пожелать вам всего наилучшего от комсомола Украины. Убирать последствия майдана – поздно. Нужно уметь предотвратить майдан. И знайте, что глава Комсомола на Украине – фактически белорус, так что белорусское лобби на Украине работает, – с улыбкой завершил выступление Александр Кононович.</p>
<p>Первый секретарь ЦК ЛКСМУ Михаил Кононович был награжден высшей наградой КПБ – знаком «Верность», который первый секретарь ЦК КПБ передал его брату.</p>
<p>Форум молодых коммунистов завершился учредительной конференцией общественного объединения «Лига коммунистической молодежи», которая прошла под руководством <strong>секретаря ЦК по работе с молодежью Сергея Клишевича</strong>.</p>
