    <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p><strong>	В 2017 году мы будем отмечать самое выдающееся событие ХХ века и всей истории человечества – 100-летие Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции. Юбилей Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции – прекрасная возможность напомнить ее значение, поднять на щит достижения социалистического строя и, конечно же, мобилизовать силы на борьбу за торжество самых светлых идеалов трудового народа. Коммунисты гомельщины прекрасно понимают, что знание и понимание исторического наследия Октября позволит партии более осознанно бороться за подлинную демократию, права и достоинство горожан.</strong></p>
<p>	 Коммунисты Гомельской городской организации КПБ ответственно подошли к выполнению решения ЦК КПБ по организации масштабной работы по подготовке и празднованию 100-летия Октября. Горкомом подготовлен расширенный план идеологической работы городской организации КПБ.</p>
<p>	В первом разделе плана определены организационно-практические мероприятия по доведению до сознания коммунистов, трудящихся г. Гомеля целей и задач, поставленных в Программе КПБ. </p>
<p>	Второй раздел полностью посвящен комплексу мероприятий по подготовке и празднованию 100-летия Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции в 2017 году. В плане предусмотрены различные мероприятия. Это и встречи с коммунистами, гражданами города, студентами, уроки мужества в школах, активное участие коммунистов в мероприятиях согласованных с горисполкомом (участие в шествии колонн и возложении цветов и венков к памятнику В.И. Ленина и мемориалам воинов-освободителей). Это и агитационно-пропагандистские группы, различные смотры-конкурсы патриотического воспитания школьников «Я тебе достойным сыном буду, Родина моя», спартакиады призывной и допризывной молодежи в рамках игр «Зарница», «Орленок», «Защитник Отечества» и др. Уделяется большое внимание и работе с коммунистами. Здесь и проведение партийных активов коммунистов городской партийной организации КПБ («Программа партии в жизнь», итоги экономического и социального развития Гомеля, 100 лет Великому Октябрю т т.д.).</p>
<p>	Сотрудничество в процессе проведения  и организации патриотических акций: «За любимую Беларусь», «Служим Беларуси», «Мы граждане Беларуси», «Спасибо ветераны за Победу», «За сильную и процветающую Беларусь».</p>
<p>	Участие партийного актива в миротворческих акциях, например: «Марш памяти и скорби», «Дрогами сожженных деревень». Проведение, в рамках международного фестиваля «Дружба народов – 2017», встречи (круглого стола) коммунистических организаций Беларуси, Украины и России (по плану ОК КПБ). участие городской организации КПБ в коммунистическом субботнике, посвященном Дню рождения В.И. Ленина. И многие другие мероприятия.</p>
<p>	Третий раздел плана посвящен работе с молодежью. Разработка и принятие Программы сотрудничества Гомельской городской партийной организации с Гомельской городской организацией ОО «БРСМ» производилась на основании государственной молодежной политики Республики Беларусь, а также на основании договора о сотрудничестве между Гомельской областной организации КПБ и Гомельской областной организации общественного объединения «БРСМ». Особенностью нашего плана работы с молодежью является то, что мы решили выделить отдельным разделом мероприятия по работе с учащимися в отдельную часть плана.</p>
<p>	План составлен, что дальше? Как сделать, чтобы он не превратился в очередную бумажку, лежащую в ящике стола? Мы решили разбить план по темам и основным направлениям. Сформировать для этого группы активистов-коммунистов, определить руководителей этих групп. И эти коммунисты будут работать над выполнением мероприятий своего направления. План как бы разделиться на конкретные темы. А в целом будет решаться основная задача.</p>
<p>	Теперь вопрос. Во многих мероприятиях задействованы общественные организации. Мы решили так, что по основным направлениям плана, в которых участвуют общественные организации, заключить с ними соглашения по выполнению конкретных мероприятий по их направлению.</p>
<p>	На первый взгляд, и что здесь нового? В городе создано объединение лево патриотических организаций. Собрались, поговорили, разошлись и забыли. А в нашем случае конкретные соглашения позволят нам решать конкретные вопросы. Мы думаем, что успех будет обеспечен.</p>
<p>	Кстати, на это решение подтолкнула нас политика Президента, который активно проводит в жизнь заключение договоров с субъектами Российской Федерации. Результат мы видим положительный. </p>
<p>	Кроме того план идеологической работы горкома представлен в отдел идеологической работы, культуры и по делам молодежи Гомельского горисполкома. Получено согласие начальника этого отдела Соболь Ю.В. о рассмотрению, в первую очередь, соглашения между горкомом и ОО «БРСМ». Также отдельные мероприятия плана будут согласовываться и с отделом образования горисполкома.</p>
<p>	Многие мероприятия, посвященные 100-летию Октября будут включены в городской план подготовки и празднования 100-летия Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции в городе Гомеле.</p>
<p>	Нас радует, что заместитель председателя Гомельского горисполкома, курирующий эти вопросы, Атаманчук Виталий Геннадьевич являющийся членом КПБ, поставлен на учет в первичной организации «Баумоновской» Центрального района и избран на отчетной конференции городской организации КПБ в горком КПБ г. Гомеля. Также принят в члены КПБ и введен в состав горкома руководитель областной пионерской организации Карпенко А.Н.</p>
<p>	Это планы. А что конкретно в жизни? 18 февраля 2017г. в Гомельском горисполкоме состоялось инструктивно-методическое совещание с идеологическим активом г. Гомеля с участием заместителя председателя горисполкома Атаманчука В.Г. На совещание были приглашены заместители глав администраций, курирующие вопросы социальной сферы, начальники отделов идеологической работы, культуры и по делам молодежи администраций районов г. Гомеля, заместители руководителей, организующие идеологическую работу на предприятиях и в организациях г. Гомеля с численностью 1000 человек и более, проректоры по воспитательной работе ВУЗов г. Гомеля.</p>
<p>	С докладом «О деятельности Гомельского городского комитета КПБ» выступил 1-ый секретарь ГК КПБ Жабинский В.Н. Была подготовлена и продемонстрирована мультимедийная презентация «Гомельская городская организация КПБ в делах и людях». Впервые за последние годы мы получили возможность рассказать идеологическому активу г. Гомеля, что в городе живет и работает коммунистическая городская организация, которая активно поддерживает политический курс руководства страны на последовательное воплощение в жизнь программы социально-экономического развития Беларуси. Которая развивается, активно участвует во всех значимых мероприятиях проводимых в городе.</p>
<p>	Также говорилось и о недостатках и трудностях в работе партийной организации. Также было отмечено, что ЦК КПБ объявил в 2017 году Октябрьский призыв в ряды КПБ. Гомельские коммунисты, на отчетной конференции, поддержали эту инициативу. Тов. Жабинский обратился к присутствующим руководителям с просьбой поддержать эту инициативу и оказать практическую помощь.</p>
<p>	Было отмечено, что 100 лет отделяет нас от 1917 года, когда под знаком гуманистических ценностей и демократических свобод свершилась Великая Октябрьская социалистическая революция. Тов. Жабинский В.Н., обращаясь к присутствующим, высказал надежду, что этот праздник будет отмечаться в Республике Беларусь, как символ уважения к славным традициям и свершениям многих поколений.</p>
<p>	Было принято очень важное решение. По предложениям горкома КПБ в информационно-пропагандистские группы (ИПГ) горисполкома и администраций районов г. Гомеля будут включаться коммунисты городской партийной организации КПБ для участия в ИПГ в предзнаменовании значительных дат и событий в жизни страны. Также, в течении года, будут печататься статьи в местных газетах, посвященные 100-летию Октября. Была высказана уверенность, что коммунисты г. Гомеля всеми доступными формами и способами будут поддерживать стабильность и мир в нашем Отечестве.</p>
<p>	Работа по намеченным планам продолжается. На ближайшем заседании бюро горкома будут проверены выполнение решений конференции и предыдущего бюро горкома, районным партийным организациям будет оказана методическая помощь. Впереди нас ждут ленинские дни (22 апреля) и другие значимые события. Горком работает.</p>
