На собрании коммунисты района заслушали и обсудили доклад «О работе бюро Смолевичской районной организации КПБ с 10 ноября 2016 по 29 ноября 2017 года и задачах организации», с которым выступил первый секретарь районной организации КПБ Михаил Васильевич Жилянин. Была откровенно и самокритично проанализирована проведенная за отчетный период работа общественной организации.</p>
<p>Отмечалось, что деятельность организации была органически связана с важнейшим историческим событием – 100-летием Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции. Еще в начале текущего года коммунисты разработали и согласовали с отделами райисполкома мероприятия по подготовке и проведению празднования этой юбилейной даты.</p>
<p>Значительная информационно-пропагандистская работа коммунистами организации проводилась в учреждениях образования района. В средних школах №2 и №3 города Смолевичи, коллективы которых возглавляют члены КПБ Игорь Андреевич Юшкевич и Лидия Ивановна Ядренцева, был проведен ряд мероприятий, посвященных 100-летию Октября. Это – классные часы, открытые уроки, выставки книг. В СШ №2 было проведено заседание «за круглым столом» на тему: «Значение Великого Октября для Мира», в котором принимали участие учителя и учащиеся школы, а также студенты и преподаватели исторического факультета БГПУ им. М.Танка. Конкурс рисунков к юбилейной дате провели в СШ №3. Директор Черницкого сельского Дома культуры, член КПБ Юрий Александрович Саперов вместе с учащимися Черницкой школы подготовили праздничный концерт, с которым выступили перед жителями поселка Черницкий и деревни Доброводка. Массовые мероприятия проводились в библиотеках района по предложению члена партийной организации Светланы Викторовны Червоненко. Член КПБ Олег Александрович Кузнецов выступил на страницах районной газеты “Край смалявіцкі” с циклом статей о месте Октябрьской революции в мировой истории.</p>
<p>Кульминацией всех мероприятий, посвященных 100-летию Октября, было участие смолевичской делегации в областном торжестве к этой дате в Молодечно и торжественном собрании общественности района в Доме культуры г.Смолевичи. Группе членов организации были вручены почетные медали ЦК КПБ и ЦК КПРФ «100 лет Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции». А всего в организации этой награды удостоены 27 человек. Пропагандистскую и разъяснительную работу о роли Октября коммунисты района намерены проводить и далее.</p>
<p>На собрании шел деловой и предметный разговор по многим вопросам обеспечения жизнедеятельности граждан. Так, коммунисты поднимали вопрос о недостатках действующей контрактной системы, которые негативно отражаются на трудовых отношениях в коллективах. Свои предложения об изменениях в законодательстве о заключении трудовых контрактов участники собрания постановили направить в компетентные вышестоящие органы. Коммунисты также высказали свое отношение к Декрету №3 Президента Республики Беларусь, поддержав документ в целом, но внося определенные уточнения.</p>
<p>Важной составляющей деятельности районной партийной организации является уровень внутрипартийной работы, активность и позиция каждого коммуниста. На партийных собраниях, проходивших в отчетный период, рассматривались вопросы партийной жизни, заслушивались отчеты коммунистов об участии в работе организации.<br />
Отмечалось, что ряды районной организации Компартии постоянно растут: за три последних года организация увеличилась на 14 человек, в отчетном периоде организация пополнилась на 8 человек. Создана первичная партийная организация в поселке Зеленый Бор, которую возглавила управляющий делами Зеленоборского сельисполкома Виктория Анатольевна Минич. В настоящее время на учете в этой организации уже 12 коммунистов. На отчетно-выборном собрании районной организации в ряды КПБ был принят молодой директор Озерицкослободской средней школы Алексей Геннадьевич Меркуль.</p>
<p>Активными организаторами и участниками многих мероприятий, проводимых партийной организацией, являются ее члены Алексей Евдокимович Заболотный, Олег Александрович Кузнецов, Анна Ивановна Чечеткина, Александр Викентьевич Кошель, Лидия Ивановна Ядренцева, Игорь Андреевич Юшкевич, Светлана Викторовна Червоненко, Василий Васильевич Черноок, которые проводят значительную воспитательную работу со школьниками и молодежью.</p>
<p>Тесная связь и деловое взаимодействие налажено с районной ветеранской организацией, проводятся совместные мероприятия с районным Советом ветеранов. Активно участвуют в этой работе также Ирина Павловна Гринкевич, Анатолий Кондратьевич Яцко, Людмила Владимировна Драница и другие.</p>
<p>Коммунисты района традиционно участвуют в предновогодней акции «Наши дети». Например, на партийные денежные средства были приобретены новогодние подарки группе учащихся Зеленоборской школы.</p>
<p>В тесном контакте сотрудничает парторганизация с редакцией районной газеты “Край смалявіцкі” и партийной газетой “Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время”. Находит понимание и поддержку организация и с отделами и руководством Смолевичского райисполкома. Впереди – важное политическое событие – выборы в местные Советы депутатов. Члены районной организации принимают активное и действенное участие в данной избирательной кампании.</p>
<p>— Наша районная организация, — сказал в заключение своего доклада Михаил Васильевич Жилянин, — как часть организационной структуры партии работает, действует. Нас объединило и объединяет неравнодушие, активная жизненная позиция, идейное единство и близость взглядов на историческое прошлое, на стратегическое развитие Беларуси.</p>
<p>В обсуждении доклада выступили Игорь Андреевич Юшкевич, Виктория Анатольевна Минич, Василь Васильевич Черноок, Роман Павлович Яскевич, Юрий Александрович Саперов, Александр Викентьевич Кошель. Главные темы, поднятые в выступлениях, — участие коммунистов в патриотическом воспитании молодежи, работа в период избирательной кампании, работа с ветеранами, рост партийных рядов и другие.</p>
<p>В работе собрания приняли участие главный специалист отдела идеологической работы, культуры и по делам молодежи Смолевичского райисполкома Тамара Вячеславовна Кресс и член бюро Минского обкома КПБ Мария Николаевна Худая, которая в своем выступлении дала высокую оценку работе районной организации.<br />
Первым секретарем Смолевичской районной организации Компартии Беларуси вновь избран Михаил Васильевич Жилянин.</p>
