Сегодня, как никогда актуальны и созвучны времени слова вождя: «Всё дело в том, чтобы не довольствоваться тем уменьем, которое выработал в нас прежний наш опыт, а идти непременно дальше, добиваться непременно большего, переходить непременно от более легких задач к более трудным. Без этого никакой прогресс вообще невозможен…».  (Ленин В. И.  Полн. собр. соч., т. 37, с. 196).  </strong></p>
<p>В верности этих ленинских слов мы вновь и вновь убедились, внимательно ознакомившись с  обращением Президента Республики Беларусь А.Г. Лукашенко с ежегодным Посланием белорусскому народу и Национальному собранию. Этот важный программный документ –концентрация идей и важных направлений и стратегических задач, которые нам всем вместе предстоит реализовывать в настоящее время и на перспективу. Своими мыслями, планами и размышлениями, на которые нацелило меня Послание Главы государства, на страницах партийной газеты мне, секретарю первичной партийной организации «Машеровская» хотелось бы поделиться с читателями. </p>
<p>Особенно запали в душу слова Президента: «Конкретный человек! Конкретная проблема! Конкретное решение! Каждый день! Все обещания, данные народу, должны быть исполнены! Это задача для любого без исключения руководителя». Около года назад я по рекомендации главы администрации Центрального района г. Минска И.И. Бузовского был рекомендован на должность начальника столичного ЖЭС №13. Признаюсь: с некоторой опаской я принял предложение Игоря Ивановича, зная о том, что жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство представляет собой многоотраслевой производственно-технический комплекс,  у которого много проблем и нерешённых вопросов. Уверенность в предстоящей нелёгкой и ответственной работе мне придал секретарь Минского ГК КПБ Г.П. Атаманов. Он высказал также ряд пожеланий в работе и дал несколько по-настоящему деловых и практических советов. Это было очень ценно для меня, так я знал, что авторитетный партийный активист Георгий Петрович не понаслышке знает о жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве столицы: он дважды избирался депутатом Минского городского совета, неоднократно поднимал вопросы на сессиях и в рабочем порядке о совершенствовании ЖКХ перед народными избранниками и руководством города. Знает, как говорится, эту животрепещущую тему изнутри и, что характерно, – досконально  и профессионально.</p>
<p>Ни для кого не секрет, что состояние дел в отрасли ЖКХ, качество и доступность жилищно-коммунальных услуг непосредственно влияют на социально-политическую обстановку и настроение в любом трудовом и ином коллективе и в обществе в целом. Переломить сознание жителей вверенного мне столичного микрорайона, чтобы люди поняли, что именно они – хозяева в своём дворе, чтобы они видели результаты нашей совместной дружной работы и могли сами управлять своей повседневной жизнью, – вот главная цель моей трудовой деятельности на новом посту. А для реализации этой целевой установки, в первую очередь, нужны надёжные помощники, соратники, трудолюбивые, энергичные кадры, преданные своему делу, ремеслу, избранной профессии. Здесь мне очень пригодились ценные советы члена Компартии Беларуси Елены Волошиной. Несмотря на довольно молодой возраст, этот коммунист много лет связала свою профессиональную карьеру в системе жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Начинала с простой, по нынешним меркам не престижной должности в нашем ЖЭС-13, где за короткий срок приобрела хороший практический опыт, стала мастером, затем – инженером 1-й категории ЖРЭО Центрального района. Ныне после реорганизации ЖКХ она  назначена заместителем директора ЖЭУ № 4.</p>
<p>Ещё со школьной скамьи я хорошо помню замечательные слова одного из стихотворений  знаменитого советского поэта Евгения Евтушенко: </p>
<p><em>Людей неинтересных в мире нет.<br />
Их судьбы – как истории планет.<br />
У каждой – всё особое, своё,<br />
И нет планет, похожих на неё. </em></p>
<p>Одним из таких людей является мастер ЖЭС №13 А.Н. Медведев – бывший сотрудник МЧС республики, он же – заместитель председателя коллегиального органа территориального общественного самоуправления  – КОТОС-97. Кстати, в ближайшее время по моей рекомендации Андрей Николаевич готовится к вступлению в ряды Компартии Беларуси. Именно этот молодой человек является, образно говоря, генератором всего нового, прогрессивного, что мы внедряем в ЖЭС. Он всегда среди людей, хорошо знает обстановку в районе, среди подчинённых сотрудников и жильцов. Организация обеспечения текущего ремонта жилого фонда (работы по электрике, столярно-плотницкие и сварочные работы) и санитарное содержание домов (уборка дворовых территорий, подъездов, их освещение, контроль за своевременным вывозом мусора, в том числе и крупногабаритного) – вот лишь малая часть повседневного труда мастера ЖЭС.  И с этими задачами, в основном, А.Н. Медведев справляется успешно. Он – человек нового поколения – креативный, вдумчивый и весьма авторитетный.</p>
<p>Заслуженно пользуются хорошей репутацией наши опытные слесари -сантехники Александр Русецкий и Иван Плышевский. А вот недавно в наш адрес пришло взволнованное письмо ветерана труда Л.В. Линкевич. Леонида Владимировна  написала: «Я, проживающая в этом доме более 40 лет, от имени жильцов дома могу авторитетно заверить, что наша территория по улице Орловской радует глаз: нам всем приятно жить в таком благоустроенном виде.  Жильцы искренне признательны и благодарны дворнику ЖЭС №13, неутомимой труженице Елене Шевченко за её добросовестный и инициативный труд и доброжелательное отношение  и к нам, и к нашим возникающим проблемам. Её работа – пример для подражания всем работникам ЖЭС». И, к слову сказать,  Е.Д. Шевченко не одинока в своём трудовом энтузиазме и производственном горении, такие примеры у нас не редкость. И это радует и обнадёживает.  Или вот показательный пример. В один из выходных дней возникла форс-мажорная ситуация: от неосторожного обращения с огнём загорелась мусорокамера в доме по улице Каховская. В экстренном порядке прибыли рабочие по комплексной уборке и содержанию домовладений Ирина Малежик и Надежда  Парфимович. Эти добросовестные работники, несмотря на то, что неожиданная вводная поступила в их время отдыха, с участием должностных лиц ЖЭС достойно справились с задачей и своевременно ликвидировали возгорание. Таких примеров можно привести немало.</p>
<p>Вместе с тем уровень организации работы с населением и качество отдельных жилищно-коммунальных услуг ещё не в полной мере соответствуют современным требованиям, что вызывает обоснованные нарекания граждан. На это нам указал недавно назначенный директор КУП «ЖЭУ №2 Центрального района  г. Минска»  Олег Павлович Курчевский. По его словам, удовлетворение потребностей населения в жилищно-коммунальных услугах, обеспечение эксплуатации, содержания и сохранности жилищного фонда, защита социально-экономических интересов собственника имущества и членов трудового коллектива. Вот на этих фундаментальных направлениях и будет и дальше сосредоточена наша совместная энергия и активность.</p>
<p>В качестве перспективных направлений сотрудники ЖЭС видят целенаправленную работу по благоустройству дворовых территорий, детских игровых площадок, активное участие в городских конкурсах «Сузорье», «Сад и огород», «Ветеранские цветы», «День пирога» и других. К 75-летию освобождения Беларуси от немецко-фашистских захватчиков мы планируем организовать чествование фронтовиков, бывших подпольщиков и партизан под девизом «Этот День вы приближали, как могли!». Наши друзья-спонсоры обещают вручить подарки заслуженным ветеранам и провести встречи жильцов  с заслуженными людьми Центрального района столицы.<br />
В дни подготовки к этому знаменательному событию в сквере за магазином «Щедрый» по улице Орловская будет проведен праздник «А у нас во дворе». На этом торжестве состоятся чествования лучших работников ЖЭС №13, встречи руководства с жильцами, концерты художественной самодеятельности, игры, аттракционы и конкурсы для детей и молодёжи. В этом важном деле мы надеемся на конкретную  помощь коммунистов А.А. Коваля, Г.П. Атаманова, проживающих в этом районе, а также на председателя совета ветеранов Центрального района Н.А. Стрелецкого, председателя районной организации г. Минска «Побратим» общественного объединения «Белорусский союз ветеранов войны в Афганистане» Д.Г. Сенько и депутатов Мингорсовета. В перспективе мы намечаем провести летом-осенью этого года смотр-конкурс клумб, цветников, палисадников и в целом дворовых территорий «Цвети, наш родной Минск!», а также разработать комплекс мероприятий с детьми и подростками на период их школьных каникул. </p>
<p>Словом, говоря языком пролетарского поэта Владимира Маяковского из поэмы «Хорошо»:</p>
<p><em>Я  планов наших люблю громадьё,<br />
размаха шаги саженьи.<br />
Я радуюсь маршу, которым идём в работу<br />
и в сраженья.<br />
Я вижу — где сор сегодня гниёт,<br />
где только земля простая…</em></p>
<p>Есть твёрдая уверенность в том, что намеченные планы мы успешно осуществим.<br />
