В несанкционированных акциях протеста, вызванных итогами президентских выборов, участвуют жители больших и малых городов. Далеко не всегда массовые мероприятия носят мирный характер.</strong></p>
<p>	Белорусские власти были готовы к такому ходу событий и заблаговременно приняли необходимые меры по обеспечению порядка и безопасности на улицах. Сотрудники правоохранительных органов работают чётко и слаженно, но из-за провокаций их действия зачастую воспринимаются чересчур жёсткими, особенно в отношении агрессивно настроенных участников акций.</p>
<p>	В первые дни молодые люди, разогретые алкоголем и прочими стимуляторами, вступали в активные столкновения с омоновцами, вынуждая их применять силу. Резиновые пули, выпущенные в обезумивших людей с арматурой и камнями в руках, вызывают возмущение в соцсетях. А вот факты о потерпевших силовиках, задержании координаторов протестов и изготовителей взрывных устройств, а также о финансировании участников уличных боёв и цепей солидарности полностью игнорируются оппонентами власти.</p>
<p>Инфантильная часть населения не верит в гибридную войну, считая кадры государственных телеканалов постановочными, а рассказы об иностранном вмешательстве неубедительными. Многим по душе кровавые Телеграм-картинки с соответствующими комментариями. Призывы к государственному перевороту стали обыденным делом в интернете. Так, основным сетевым вдохновителем и координатором протестов является Телеграм-канал NEXTA, основатель которого – 22-летний С. Путило, проживающий с 2018 года в Польше и работающий на телеканале «Белсат». В отношении молодого провокатора заведено уголовное дело за организацию массовых беспорядков. На родине ему грозит до 15 лет лишения свободы.</p>
<p>Хуже всего, что в наивном непослушании преуспели как раз обычные граждане, которые из-за слепой жажды перемен не просчитывают последствий своих действий и сами роют яму своей стране. Находясь в плену демократических иллюзий и массированного Телеграм-зомбирования, белорусы становятся разменной монетой в чужих играх, организованных заезжими гастролёрами по сценарию западных режиссёров. Их задача – обострить до предела и без того нестабильную политическую ситуацию в стране, обрушить государственную систему власти и прийти к руководству со всеми вытекающими последствиями. Демократические лозунги уже давно являются прекрасной ширмой для неблаговидных делишек всяких авантюристов. </p>
<p>Современное белорусское общество оказалось расколотым. Бессовестно и сознательно очерняя власть, ангажированные СМИ и Телеграм-каналы настойчиво навязывают населению мысль, что поддерживать «нелегитимного узурпатора» А. Лукашенко нынче не в тренде, нужны масштабные перемены, причём любой ценой. Сопутствующий им хаос в расчёт не берётся. Однако сдавать страну президент не намерен. А. Лукашенко находится в Белоруссии, а не в Турции или в Подмосковье, куда «беглого диктатора» уже отправили злопыхатели.</p>
<p>Примечательно, что в протестной агонии участники массовых акций благополучно позабыли о существовании пандемии. Коронапсихоз успешно сменил психоз электоральный. Маска стала удобным атрибутом конспирологии. Бунтовать с закрытым лицом сподручнее. Безнаказанность окрыляет. </p>
<p>Если раньше недовольные люди выходили на центральные улицы городов по вечерам, то сейчас появляются там уже утром и днём. Ходят как на работу. Скучно студентам на каникулах, да и безработным дома не сидится. Перефразируя классика, патриотом можешь ты не быть, но быть на улице обязан.<br />
Показательный пример: по обочинам городских дорог выстраивается молодёжь с воздушными шарами и цветами. Протестующие, состоящие преимущественно из девушек, приветствуют сигналящие машины, весело махают руками и показывают пальцами знак победы. Молодые люди не скрывают, что стоят за деньги. Цена двухчасового имитационного протеста – 50 долларов США. Желающих подзаработать немало. Кто хочет поучаствовать в шоу как врач, может получить медицинскую одежду, централизованно доставленную спецтранспортом. Странно, но врачи в сланцах на босу ногу, шортах и халатах не по размеру не вызывают никаких подозрений у публики. Снабжение регулярное: стоящим на солнцепёке подвозят воду, мороженое. </p>
<p>Закончатся спонсорские деньги – закончатся и цепи солидарности. А вот неприятный осадок от проплаченного патриотизма останется надолго. </p>
<p>Печально, что трудовые коллективы ряда успешных государственных предприятий послушно следуют заграничным Телеграм-призывам к общенациональной бессрочной забастовке. Рабочие требуют новых выборов, освобождения политзаключённых, прекращения насилия и задержаний протестующих, которые, кстати, уже сошли на нет.</p>
<p>Президент услышал трудовые коллективы и поручил разобраться по всем фактам задержаний. Министр МВД Ю. Караев извинился за переусердствовавших подчинённых и пообещал наказать тех, кто превысил свои полномочия. В то же время президент обратил внимание бастующих на негативные последствия от приостановки производств, работающих и в без того непростых экономических условиях. </p>
<p>Власть слышит людей, но не все люди слышат власть. Безответственная гражданская позиция её критиков ведёт страну к пропасти.   </p>
<p>Ситуация в Беларуси стала предметом обсуждения глав МИД Евросоюза на чрезвычайной видеоконференции. Премьер-министр Чехии А. Бабиш заявил, что в стране должны пройти новые выборы с обязательным участием иностранных наблюдателей, которые на прошедших выборах не присутствовали, заметим, не по вине белорусских властей. Чешский политик «твёрдо верит, что идут последние часы диктаторского режима и что граждане победят». </p>
<p>Министры иностранных дел 27 стран Евросоюза приняли решение ввести новые санкции в отношении «официальных лиц Белоруссии, ответственных за применение насилия и нарушение прав человека». Интересно, что в адрес США таких резолюций не принималось, хотя характер уличных бесчинств и самоуправства силовиков в самой демократической стране мира этому обязывает в свете последних событий.</p>
<p>Президенты Польши, Литвы, Латвии и Эстонии призвали А. Лукашенко к национальному диалогу и предложили «посреднические усилия для достижения мирного решения в Беларуси и укрепления независимости и суверенитета страны». Комментируя инициативу западных благодетелей, президент заявил о недопустимости навязывания внешнего управления страной. Никакие зарубежные правительства и посредники Белоруссии не нужны. История не единожды показывала, что подобные предложения не сулили ничего хорошего.</p>
<p>Вот и на совещании с членами Совбеза А. Лукашенко отметил, что следы организаторов уличных беспорядков тянутся за границу. В первых рядах – люди с криминальным прошлым, безработные и молодёжь. Президент в очередной раз попросил родителей обратить внимание на занятость своих детей, чтобы их не использовали как пушечное мясо в протестных акциях. А. Лукашенко призвал митингующих остановиться, взять голову в руки и успокоиться, дать власти навести порядок и разобраться с теми, кто приехал в страну для дестабилизации обстановки.</p>
<p>Белорусский лидер считает, что общество не нужно убаюкивать мирными акциями и демонстрациями. Методички цветных революций давно знакомы. Элементы внешнего вмешательства налицо. Фактически по сценарию разворачивается агрессия против Беларуси, защита которой – это защита всего пространства Союзного государства. Если белорусы не выдержат, волна покатится дальше. Табуны уличных ходоков этого не понимают, в отличие от их координаторов, создающих с помощью постановочных кадров и фейков соответствующее настроение у народа. Президент в очередной раз подчеркнул: «Страну мы никому не отдадим. Ситуацию удержим». </p>
<p>В ходе состоявшихся телефонных разговоров А. Лукашенко и В. Путин выразили уверенность, что возникшие в Беларуси проблемы будут вскоре урегулированы. Главное, чтобы этими проблемами не воспользовались деструктивные силы, стремящиеся к тому, чтобы нанести ущерб взаимовыгодному сотрудничеству двух стран в рамках Союзного государства. Президенты договорились о продолжении регулярных контактов и подтвердили настрой на укрепление союзнических отношений. В случае обострения обстановки Россия готова в рамках Договора о коллективной безопасности оказать всестороннюю помощь братской Белоруссии.</p>
<p>Недельные хождения по улицам завершились воскресным общегражданским маршем «За свободу!», прошедшим в Минске по очередному Телеграм-призыву. Организаторы мероприятия назвали его решающим и самым массовым во всей протестной кампании. Основная цель марша – привлечь на улицы максимальное количество людей, доказав «кровавому режиму» его конец. Однако картинка оказалась смазанной: на площадь у Дома правительства вышли сторонники А. Лукашенко со всей Белоруссии, показавшие, что их немало и что они не собираются сдавать президента и страну на милость крикливой толпы с бело-красно-белыми флагами. </p>
<p>Митинг в поддержку мира и безопасности собрал около 65 тысяч участников. Глава государства, прибывший на него под бурные овации и приветствия, обратился к собравшимся с эмоциональной речью: </p>
<p>- … Я позвал вас сюда не для того, чтобы вы меня защитили… Вы приехали сюда, чтобы впервые за четверть века смогли защитить свою страну, независимость, свои семьи, своих жен, сестёр и детей!<br />
Я не хотел вас звать на эту площадь… Я помню 90-е: здесь стояли люди, рабочие с кастрюлями и чайниками, и просили кушать, просили накормить детей… И тогда я поклялся помочь вам и не допустить в судьбе белорусов площадей. Я не сторонник улиц и площадей, я не сторонник митингов… В середине 90-х на митингах и площадях, и здесь в парламенте мы уничтожили свою огромную великую империю, без которой не решался ни один вопрос в мире.<br />
Что хотели тогда люди? Вы просили кусок хлеба. Вы просили 20 долларов заработной платы, вы просили запустить, раскрутить, спасти заводы. Вы просили трактор, вы просили комбайн, чтобы спасти село. Чтобы вы могли работать в деревеньке, чтобы было молоко, мясо и хлеб на минских прилавках. Вы просили тогда не приватизировать заводы и фабрики. Вы просили не отнимать у крестьян землю. Вы просили не вводить платные медицину и образование. Вы просили вернуть честь офицеру и солдату, которые боялись выходить на улицу. Короче, вы просили меня, совсем молодого, неопытного человека, отвести народ от пропасти. Мы это сделали! Мы сделали то, о чём мечтали миллионы предшественников. Мы построили суверенное независимое государство впервые в нашей истории! </p>
<p>Я хочу обратиться к тем, кто сегодня заблудший, кто сегодня дезориентирован. И, может быть, кого сегодня нет на площади. Я хочу спросить у вас: чего хотите вы сейчас? Первое: вы хотите свободы? Скажите, какой?! Вы хотите перемен? Каких, что будем менять?! Вы хотите реформ? Скажите, каких, завтра начнём! Вы хотите «вертолётных денег»? Но вы же знаете, что не бывает воздушных «вертолётных денег», что деньги надо зарабатывать каждый день. И не на площади, а в полях, на заводах и фабриках.</p>
<p>Кто-то хочет новых выборов. За окно посмотрите! Танки и самолёты на взлёте в 15 минутах от наших границ!.. НАТОвские войска лязгают гусеницами у наших ворот. Идёт наращивание военной мощи на западных границах нашей страны. Литва, Латвия, Польша и, к сожалению, наша родная Украина, её руководство приказывают провести нам новые выборы. Если только мы пойдём на поводу у них, мы сорвёмся в штопор и никогда не стабилизируем наш воздушный корабль. Мы погибнем как государство, как народ, как нация.</p>
<p>… Нам предлагают новое правительство. Его создали уже за рубежом… Но мы помним историю… Нам не нужны заморские правительства! Нам нужно своё правительство, своё руководство, и мы будем его избирать!</p>
<p>Нам предлагают новую власть. Нам предлагают солдат НАТО… Я никогда не пойду на слом нашего государства! Я никогда не пойду на уничтожение того, что создано нашими с вами руками! Этому не бывать!</p>
<p>… Да, мы проводили жёсткий курс, да, кому-то моя политика, может быть, не нравилась... Вы тогда (в 1990-х, - прим.) просили навести порядок. Я вам его навел! Вы просили без коррупции и олигархов. Где они, эти олигархи?</p>
<p>Вы просили очистить улицы Минска и дороги от бандитов. Я вам сделал это!</p>
<p>	… Да, мы не богаты… Как можем, так живём, но на своей земле!.. Мы построили с вами при всех сложностях, при всех недостатках красавицу страну!<br />
… Выборы состоялись. Не может быть больше 80% фальсификации! Не может быть! Нам предлагают новые выборы… Кто будет проводить эти выборы? Кто пойдёт на эти выборы? Бандиты и урки! Пойдём на выборы, а работать кто будет?.. Пойдём на выборы – перевернём страну!</p>
<p>… Не толкайте людей к силовому противостоянию! Не позорьте страну – мирную, процветающую и спокойную… Даже если они (противники действующей власти и страны, - прим.) утихомирятся сейчас, они выползут, как крысы из своих нор, через некоторое время. Ими управляют уже чужие люди – кукловоды. Они видят западные границы нашей Беларуси здесь, под Минском, как в 1939-м, а не под Брестом. Этому не бывать! Мы все станем Брестской крепостью! Страну не отдадим! </p>
<p>Белорусы, думайте своей головой, пока не поздно сегодня! Ибо завтра за нас будут думать другие… Остановитесь, не убивайте своё будущее, будущее своих детей собственными руками!.. На пепелище никогда не построишь будущего. Мы ни от кого ничего не хотим. Мы хотим, чтобы не лезли в наш дом!</p>
<p>Понимает ли это экс-кандидат в президенты С. Тихановская, находящаяся в добровольном изгнании в Литве? Сидя там, она штампует видеообращения к народу, где говорит о своей убедительной победе на выборах, недопустимости насилия и… необходимости новых акций. Более того, штаб С. Тихановской заявил, что готов к переговорам с властью по поводу… ухода А. Лукашенко.</p>
<p>Хватит ли мудрости у белорусского народа осознать цену, которую придётся заплатить за итоги протестов и перемены? Эйфория быстро улетучится, а что дальше? Не оказаться бы на руинах разрушенного государства с туманными перспективами.   </p>
<p>Но нет худа без добра. Литва и Польша в благодушном порыве собираются открыть гуманитарный коридор для белорусов, невзирая на карантинные меры. Это лишний раз доказывает, что пандемия ловко используется не только в экономических, но и в политических целях.  </p>
