<p>Заслушав и обсудив доклад секретаря Центрального Комитета Коммунистической партии Беларуси по идеологической работе С.А.Сыранкова «Об участии коммунистов в работе VI Всебелорусского народного собрания и позиции КПБ в текущей социально-политической ситуации» Центральный Комитет отмечает, что Всебелорусское народное собрание является одной из важнейших форм народовластия в Беларуси, когда представители всех социальных групп и слоев белорусского народа гласно и открыто могут обсуждать и решать важнейшие государственные задачи.</p>
<p>Коммунистическая партия Беларуси всегда была привержена принципам социальной справедливости и народовластия. Поэтому коммунисты принимали участие в проведении всех Всебелорусских народных собраний, начиная с первого. Не является исключением и шестой по счету всенародный форум.</p>
<p>Политические события второй половины 2020 года и предшествующие проведению VI Всебелорусского народного собрания, встречи с населением, местным партийным активом, участие в диалоговых площадках, работа партийных структур на местах позволили глубоко проанализировать общественно-политическую обстановку, извлечь уроки жизни, оценить тенденции развития социальных процессов, осмыслить роль и место Коммунистической партии Беларуси в обществе, перспективы ее развития.<br />
Результатом этого стало выдвижение коммунистов делегатами шестого Всебелорусского народного собрания во всех областях и городе Минске, а также подготовка предложений, которые направлены на сохранение уникальной белорусской модели социально-ориентированного государства, поддержку политического курса Президента Республики Беларусь А.Г.Лукашенко, укрепление государственности и обеспечение подлинного суверенитета нашего Отечества.</p>
<p><strong>Центральный Комитет Коммунистической партии Беларуси<br />
ПОСТАНОВЛЯЕТ:</strong></p>
<p>1. Утвердить текст совместного заявления Центрального Комитета, Совета Коммунистической партии Беларуси и Центрального Комитета ОО «Лига коммунистической молодежи» (Приложение № 1).</p>
<p>Секретариату ЦК КПБ направить в адрес VI Всебелорусского народного собрания вышеуказанное совместное заявление.</p>
<p>Редакции газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» обеспечить его опубликование в партийных и государственных СМИ, на интернет-сайте КПБ, страницах Компартии Беларуси в социальных сетях, а также в Telegram-каналах КПБ и ОО «Лига коммунистической молодежи».</p>
<p>Организовать на страницах газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время», на интернет-сайте, в социальных сетях и Telegram-канале партии публикацию материалов о делегатах Всебелорусского народного собрания от КПБ.</p>
<p>2. Одобрить основные направления социально-экономического развития Республики Беларусь на 2021–2025 годы.</p>
<p>Коммунистам-делегатам VI Всебелорусского народного собрания при принятии резолюции поддержать предложенные руководством Республики Беларусь основные направления социально-экономического и общественно-политического развития государства, направленные на реализацию четырех приоритетов: счастливая семья, сильные регионы, интеллектуальная страна, государство-партнер, что будет способствовать логическому продолжению проводимого курса по формированию сильной экономики с целью роста благосостояния народа.</p>
<p>Обратиться в адрес VI Всебелорусского народного собрания с предложением установить 17 сентября государственный праздник День народного единства, 16 июля – памятную дату День партизана и подпольщика.</p>
<p>3. Бюро ЦК КПБ, областным и Минскому городскому комитетам партии, коммунистам-депутатам Национального собрания Республики Беларусь и местных Советов всех уровней, делегатам VI Всебелорусского народного собрания после его завершения продолжить работу с населением по доведению принятых решений и разъяснению основных направлений социально-экономического развития, реализация которых направлена на повышение благосостояния белорусского народа.</p>
<p>Партийным комитетам всех уровней, первичным партийным организациям с учетом уровня социально-экономического развития и специфики регионов разработать комплекс мероприятий, обеспечивающих участие коммунистов в реализации основных направлений социально-экономического развития Республики Беларусь на 2021–2025 годы.</p>
<p>Красноармейской (парламентской) партийной организации, коммунистам-депутатам Национального собрания Республики Беларусь, местных Советов депутатов активизировать деятельность и чаще выступать с инициативами, направленными на повышение организационно-практической деятельности, защиту социально-правовых норм трудящихся.</p>
<p>4. Бюро ЦК КПБ, областным и Минскому городскому комитетам партии, райкомам, горкомам, первичным партийным организациям при организации своей работы учитывать специфику современных проблем общественного развития государства, особенности действий различных социальных групп, личностные и профессиональные потребности людей.</p>
<p>Особое внимание в повседневной работе предстоит уделять вопросам молодежной политики, оказывать поддержку социально значимым молодежным инициативам.<br />
Усилить контрпропагандистскую работу среди населения по месту жительства и в сети Интернет, работу по противодействию деструктивным зарубежным информационным ресурсам.</p>
<p>5. Бюро ЦК КПБ, областным и Минскому городскому комитетам партии, райкомам и горкомам, первичным партийным организациям с классовых позиций наглядно показывать хищнический характер либерализма, капитализма и глобализма, пагубности их последствий для развития белорусского социально-ориентированного государства, сохранения традиционных семейных ценностей, принципов подлинного народовластия, социальной справедливости, патриотизма, интернационализма, коллективизма и трудолюбия белорусов. С позиций марксистско-ленинской науки о развитии общественных отношений активно и аргументировано выступать против попыток внесения в сознание народа Беларуси буржуазных нравов и взглядов, разоблачать неприемлемость разрыва естественных связей поколений, индивидуализма и стяжательства, экстремизма и других социальных пороков капитализма.</p>
<p>6. Секретариату ЦК КПБ, Редакции газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» организовать работу по обновлению и модернизации структуры Интернет-сайта comparty.by, всестороннему развитию партийного Telegram-канала, созданию youtube-канала Коммунистической партии Беларуси, формированию пула «красных блогеров».</p>
<p>7. Областным и Минскому городскому комитетам КПБ глубоко и всесторонне проанализировать политическую работу в координационных советах общественных объединений и политических партий, трудовых коллективах, профсоюзных, молодежных организациях, придать новый импульс и направленность в работе коммунистов с населением.</p>
<p>8. Контроль за выполнением настоящего постановления возложить на Секретариат и Бюро ЦК КПБ.</p></div>
