Президент Лукашенко отчитывается и обращается ко всем гражданам. А накануне каждый министр, каждое ведомство докладывает о результатах и намечает программу на будущее. Все это действительно выглядит как всенародное дело.<br />

Белорусам есть, чем отчитываться: республика демонстрирует лучшие результаты на постсоветском пространстве. Там нет олигархии, нет организованной преступности. Республика полностью сохранила машиностроительный комплекс, развивает ультрасовременную электронику, строит совместные предприятия с Россией и Китаем — и мы, коммунисты, эту линию активно поддерживаем.
<p>Я подготовил специальное обращение к ВНС, сделал видеозапись. Оно будет опубликовано. И я имею прямое приглашение от президента республики принять участие в этом мероприятии. Недавно обсуждал с ним вопросы развития Белоруссии, максимально его поддерживаю.<br />

<p>— Ключевым элементом безопасности Евразийского экономического союза является именно союз России и Белоруссии. Попытка его разрушить была преступной и хорошо подготовленной акцией американцев и натовцев, которые организовали атаку на Белоруссию после президентских выборов. Мы видели, во что это превратилось — их план провалился. Но изначально это была хорошо скоординированная и спланированная акция, удар в сердце нашего совместного Союза и — одновременно — всего Русского мира.</p>
<p>Я тогда обратился непосредственно к президенту, премьеру, ко всем губернаторам, членам Совбеза, и сказал, что наша прямая обязанность — помочь братской Белоруссии в трудную минуту.</p>
<p>Надо отдать должное белорусскому народу: ни трудовые коллективы, ни главы регионов, ни руководители силовых ведомств не дрогнули под этим напором. Хотя применялись изощренные технологии запугивания, провоцирования и уничтожения суверенитета, которые использовались США на протяжении 50 лет во многих странах.</p>
<p>Белоруссия устояла, выдержала — и продолжает двигаться своим курсом. Это главный итог нашей борьбы, и с этим мы должны поздравить мужественный, храбрый, трудолюбивый белорусский народ.</p>
<p>Время жестко ставит перед нами вопрос о выживании, сохранении гражданского мира, спасении нашей государственности и Русской цивилизации. Я еще в мае 2020 года опубликовал статью-манифест «Русский стержень державы». Разослал ее всем руководителям, предлагал обсудить на заседаниях региональных парламентов. В итоге прошел ряд круглых столов, но власть боится официально обсуждать эту тему — слишком много вокруг Путина русофобов и антисоветчиков. Они проявили себя в ходе мощной атаки на нашу страну, которую развязали либералы, прислав сюда навальнятину и пытаясь поджечь Россию изнутри, путем организации майдана.</p>
<p>Поэтому сейчас, накануне Всебелорусского собрания, нам необходимо выработать ясную программу политического, социально-экономического и культурного взаимодействия братских государств перед лицом исторических вызовов и угроз.</p>
<p>Обратите внимание, недавно практически одновременно прозвучали три речи: в Давосе — Путина и Си Цзиньпина, в Америке — Байдена. Президент США отстаивает интересы финансовой олигархии и глобалистов, а Путин и Си Цзиньпин — их речи во многом перекликаются — самобытность развития наших цивилизаций, культур, традиций, сплоченность мирового сообщества перед новыми финансово-экономическими и эпидемиологическими угрозами.</p>
<p>В этом принципиальная разница. Но нам надо понимать: с нами будут считаться, только если мы будем укреплять Русский мир. А великороссы, малороссы и белороссы — это общая история, общие победы и общие проблемы. И это одна культура, во многом общий язык.</p>
<p>Сегодня, готовясь к Всебелорусскому собранию, я хочу еще раз подчеркнуть: необходимо реализовать ряд важнейших мер.<br />
<strong><br />
«СП»: — Что конкретно вы имеете в виду?</strong></p>
<p>— Прежде всего, надо ввести повседневную практику совместных заседаний правительств России и Белоруссии, наладить эффективную работу совместного российско-белорусского парламента на постоянной основе. Мне думается, это было бы очень важным для координации усилий в новых условиях — с учетом, что кризис будет нарастать, и надо ожидать третьей волны пандемии.</p>
<p>Второй момент — надо максимально расширить взаимовыгодное экономическое сотрудничество. Повторюсь, Белоруссия сохранила весь машиностроительный комплекс. Она производит великолепные самосвалы, классные трактора, хорошие автобусы, отличную сельхозтехнику. Кроме того, в республике сохранились высокотехнологичные отрасли.</p>
<p>Мы по своей линии — и мэр Новосибирска Локоть, и орловский губернатор Клычков, и глава Хакасии Коновалов — активно развиваем такое сотрудничество. Так, в Новосибирске, на совместном с белорусами предприятии, выпустили более 30 трамваев, которые прекрасно работают и обслуживают граждан.</p>
<p>Третье — надо максимально укрепить взаимодействие между российскими и белорусскими регионами, между городами-побратимами, создав широкую сеть местных предприятий. Мне кажется, очень перспективной может быть совместная программа легендарного Кировского тракторного завода и Минского тракторного. Если бы они создали общий план-программу, то завоевали бы многие мировые рынки: оба предприятия делают великолепную технику, которая гораздо дешевле иностранной. Мы, КПРФ, готовы предложить такую программу.</p>
<p>Необходимо значительное увеличение мест в российских вузах для студентов из братской Белоруссии. Что способствовало распространению там «оранжевой проказы»? Почти 100 тысяч белорусов — молодых людей — учились по приглашению Польши. Но вместе с учебой поляки насаждали среди студентов дух русофобии, антисоветизма и поклонения доллару. Именно эту молодую поросль, плохо разбирающуюся в политике, и пытались использовать в качестве ударной силы, чтобы сломать власть в Белоруссии и пустить там все на распродажу. Точно так же, как в свое время Ельцин, Чубайс и Гайдар, под руководством цэрэушников, пустили все на распродажу в России.</p>
<p>Кроме того, нужна организация регулярных стажировок молодых талантливых ученых на базе российской Академии наук. В свое время мы с нобелевским лауреатом Жоресом Алферовым проводили в Белоруссии большую встречу ученых и специалистов, наметили программу широкого взаимодействия. Считаю, что РАН и ученые Белоруссии должны более интенсивно поддерживать эту уникальную практику.</p>
<p>Мы выступаем также за создание российско-белорусских студенческих стройотрядов, которые будут способствовать сплочению нового поколения братских народов. Созданием таких строительных отрядов мы занимаемся уже несколько лет. Они успешно работали в Минске и на олимпийских объектах в России. В них русские, белорусы, украинцы — даже выходцы с Западной Украины — работали дружно и увлеченно. Это и есть подлинный интернационализм. Он формирует дружеские отношения, а не ту вакханалию, которую цэрэушники поощряют сейчас на Украине.</p>
<p>Замечу: одной из главных угроз может стать попытка команды Байдена поджечь ситуацию на Украине — тем более, Зеленский там теперь никому не нужен. И первым делом американцы могут попытаться подпалить ситуацию в Донбассе.<br />
<strong><br />
«СП»: — Мы можем этому что-то противопоставить?</strong></p>
<p>— В этих условиях, я считаю, нам исключительно важно признать Донбасс — Донецкую и Луганскую республики — и прямо заявить: мы их не дадим в обиду бандеровцам и цэрэушникам, и будем защищать Русский мир.</p>
<p>Нужно значительно расширить деятельность в сфере народной дипломатии и подключить к интеграционным процессам широкий спектр отечественных сил. Чем более широким будет фундамент возрождающегося Русского мира, тем прочнее выйдет здание. Это чрезвычайно важно: укрепление Русской цивилизации в целом даст новое качество в борьбе с глобалистами, которые сейчас, после свержения Трампа, будут пытаться взять реванш на наших просторах.</p>
<p>Ну, и конечно, важна слаженная борьба с коронавирусом. Отрадно, что мы уже начали активно поставлять в Белоруссию российские вакцины, получившие всемирное признание. В этой сфере наши народы должны показать пример всему миру, вместе занимаясь разработкой новых препаратов против коронавируса.</p>
<p>«СП»: — Как выглядят наше взаимодействие с Белоруссией по линии обороны?</p>
<p>— Я следил за военными учениями в Белоруссии. И должен сказать, что республиканская армия находится в прекрасном состоянии. Я там начинал свою службу в Вооруженных силах СССР. Недалеко от минского Уручья устроен танкодром — я принимал там присягу на верность Красному знамени. И потом три года служил в спецразведке легендарной 8-й гвардейской армии, которая в годы войны сражалась под Сталинградом, и которой командовал Василий Чуйков.</p>
<p>Белорусские силовики не дрогнули, когда их пытались запугивать и шельмовать. Их нужно поблагодарить и отдать им должное на всенародном форуме. Каждый третий-четвертый белорус положил свою жизнь, защищая в Великую Отечественную любимую родину. И негоже белорусской молодежи теперь ходить по улицам под флагами, которые фашисты навязали республике в годы оккупации.</p>
<p>Нам нужно — и это тоже чрезвычайно важно — широко использовать в отношениях с Белоруссией наш культурный потенциал: общность языка, традиций, исторических достижений. В целом здесь создана хорошая база, но надо идти дальше. У нас есть «пятая колонна», которая активизировалась после прихода к власти Байдена и поддерживает провокационные действия навальнятины. Эта колонна пытается разжечь пожар внутри нашей страны. Только укрепление союза России и Белоруссии, Русского мира и нашего братства может служить залогом благополучия и безопасности наших народов.</p>
<p>Поздравим еще раз братский народ с Всебелорусским собранием, пожелаем ему новых успехов! Мы с тобой, родная Белоруссия! Вместе мы преодолеем и кризис, и вирус, и обязательно победим!<br />
