<p>Наша Родина – Беларусь вступила в новый период своего развития, определённый волей народа 27 февраля 2022 года на республиканском референдуме по внесению изменений в Конституцию Республики Беларусь.</p>
<p>Главная задача этого периода – укрепление и дальнейшее развитие социально-ориентированного государства на основе принципов народовластия, защиты суверенитета и независимости от внутренних и внешних угроз, создания условий устойчивого экономического развития страны.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси, выражая интересы трудящихся, всю свою деятельность направляет на защиту их законных прав и свобод, отстаивает единство, целостность и независимость Республики Беларусь, национальное достоинство, благополучие и безопасность граждан, физическое и нравственное здоровье белорусского народа, свободу и социальное равенство, справедливость и гуманизм, патриотизм и интернационализм.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси заявляет о своей готовности быть активным участником внедрения в жизнь реалистичной, научно обоснованной с опорой на собственные ресурсы и глубоко патриотичной программы народного Президента Республики Беларусь, которая созвучна с программными целями КПБ. Располагая уникальным опытом социалистического строительства, развития промышленного и сельскохозяйственного потенциала, науки, образования, культуры, медицины, обладая подготовленными профессиональными и преданными делу рабочего человека кадрами, опираясь на предвыборную платформу партии, мы берём на себя ответственность за реализацию политического курса Александра Григорьевича Лукашенко.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси, принимая во внимание актуальность и значимость продвижения коммунистических ценностей через сохранение связи поколений, укрепление традиций преемственности и наставничества, выступает за расширение представительства белорусской молодежи в Национальном собрании Республики Беларусь и Советах депутатов всех уровней.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси выступает за социалистический путь развития экономики в его основных и закреплённых в Конституции Республики Беларусь формах, отвечающих современному уровню производительных сил, политической, экономической, социальной, экологической и информационной безопасности. </p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси предлагает белорусскому обществу, избирателям предвыборную платформу, которая будет способствовать переходу нашего общества и государства к новому качественному состоянию без потрясений и страданий народа, укреплению политического курса, отражающего волю людей, обеспечению суверенитета и защиты независимости страны.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси ставит задачу через избрание в депутаты всех уровней коммунистов и рекомендованных партией беспартийных товарищей, наполнить Конституционную реформу реальным смыслом, обеспечить нашим гражданам реализацию политики, обеспечивающей различным социальным слоям и возрастным категориям граждан социальную справедливость, достойные условия жизни для каждой семьи. </p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси всецело поддерживает программу развития и укрепления Союзного государства Беларуси и России, конкретные шаги, направленные на расширение и углубление экономической интеграции в рамках Союзного государства, государств СНГ, ЕврАзЭС, ШОС, БРИКС, двухсторонних межгосударственных отношений с государствами, уважающими суверенитет и независимость Республики Беларусь. </p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси, как партия интернационалистов, выступает категорически против неофашизма и неонацизма, национализма и расизма, ксенофобии и русофобии, придаёт особое значение укреплению отечественной духовности, всестороннему развитию национальной культуры, языка, традиций других национальностей.</p>
<p>Коммунисты выступают за уважительное отношение ко всем национальным общностям, проживающим в Республике Беларусь, всем традиционным религиям, осуществляющим влияние на формирование достойных критериев духовно-нравственных отношений, праву не исповедовать никакой религии и считают принципиально недопустимым ущемление прав граждан по расовому, национальному или религиозному признакам, будут вести решительную борьбу с пропагандой насилия и аморальности.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси, как партия мира и созидания, будет активно сотрудничать с политическими партиями, патриотическими силами, общественными организациями, всеми прогрессивными силами в обеспечении суверенитета и обороноспособности нашей Родины, защиты её рубежей. Выполняя решение нашего Президента – Александра Григорьевича Лукашенко о создании народного ополчения, мы мобилизуем все имеющееся ресурсы членов партии и наших сторонников на создание коммунистического ополчения и готовы с оружием в руках защищать наши священные рубежи. </p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси решительно осуждает и выступает против всяческих попыток переписывания истории, реабилитации фашистских пособников, разнузданного вранья и клеветы на великие свершения и подвиги наших дедов и прадедов.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси выступает за исключительно мирный путь разрешения всех спорных вопросов, использование принципов народной дипломатии и создание эффективной системы безопасности, как в Европе, так и мире в целом. Коммунисты выражают глубокую тревогу в связи с угрозой новой мировой войны и использованием коллективным Западом во главе с США и НАТО неофашистов и неонацистов в борьбе за передел мира.</p>
<p>Принимая участие в выборах депутатов всех уровней, Компартия Беларуси предлагает комплекс экономических, правовых и административных мер направленных, в частности, на:</p>
<p>-модернизацию структуры экономики и внедрения высокотехнологичных производств;</p>
<p>-усиление государственного планирования и регулирования экономики на основе научно-обоснованных методов и индикативных показателей для негосударственного (частного сектора) экономики;</p>
<p>-поддержку предпринимательства в сфере реального производства и обслуживания при сохранении в экономике ведущих позиций государственной собственности;</p>
<p>-наведение строгого порядка в учёте затрат, ценообразовании и соблюдении налогового законодательства в интересах реального производителя;</p>
<p>-сохранение важнейших социальных завоеваний белорусского народа, достигнутых за годы Советской власти и закреплённых в действующей Конституции Республики Беларусь, прежде всего, прав граждан на труд, отдых, обеспеченную старость и общедоступное, бесплатное и качественное образование и медицину;</p>
<p>-государственное регулирование цен и тарифов на основные продукты питания, жилищно-коммунальные услуги и промышленные товары первой необходимости в соответствии с уровнем заработной платы и пенсий, пересмотр (совместно с профсоюзами) их размеров и индексацию с целью обеспечения всем гражданам минимального прожиточного уровня;</p>
<p>-обеспечение уровня заработной платы, который должен быть не только основным источником дохода, но и обеспечить каждому честно и добросовестно работающему и его семье достойные условия жизни;</p>
<p>-реализацию комплекса мер, нацеленных на поддержку белорусской молодежи, формирование и воспитание молодых патриотов, преданных своему Отечеству;</p>
<p>-ликвидацию безработицы, обеспечение рабочими местами молодых людей, окончивших различные учебные заведения;</p>
<p>-защиту социальных и трудовых интересов женщин, материнства и детства, реальной помощи многодетным семьям, инвалидам, пенсионерам, всех граждан, нуждающихся в поддержке и заботе государства;</p>
<p>-усиление и повышение эффективности борьбы с коррупцией, преступностью, посягательством на жизнь, здоровье и имущество граждан;</p>
<p>-укреплению национальной безопасности, защиту государственной собственности, созданной предыдущими поколениями людей Беларуси, и использование её в интересах всего белорусского народа с целью повышения его благосостояния;</p>
<p>-исключение захвата зарубежными инвесторами ключевых позиций в белорусской экономике и ограбления национальных богатств.</p>

<p>Новый этап развития Беларуси настойчиво требует единства действий всех граждан доброй воли в борьбе за будущее нашего народа, будущее наших детей и внуков!</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси решительно заявляет о своей готовности быть всегда с трудовым народом, жить вашими чаяниями и заботами, бороться, как и наши предшественники, за счастье своего народа и процветание родной Беларуси.</p>
<p>Компартия Беларуси обращается к рабочим, селянам, ветеранам и молодёжи, интеллигенции с призывом объединить усилия, выступить единым фронтом против всяких попыток из-за рубежа и сателлитов западных хозяев из числа «пятой колонны», пытающихся разрушить наше единство. Объединившись вокруг предвыборной платформы партии и поддержав кандидатов в депутаты всех уровней от Коммунистической партии, мы сформируем власть народа и для народа! </p>
