Первый секретарь Жигулевского ГК КПРФ, депутат Думы городского округа Жигулевск Андрей Скоморохов и секретарь Новокуйбышевского ГК КПРФ, президент Самарской региональной общественной организации «Комитет защиты прав народа» Борис Ляхов. Они поделились с корреспондентом «Коммуниста Беларуси» впечатлениями о нашей стране, и рассказали о своих партийных буднях.<br />
- Андрей Владимирович, что вас привело в Минск?<br />
- У вас есть чему поучиться. Мы приезжаем, смотрим, берем лучшее, заряжаемся всем этим положительным. У меня три года подряд не получалось приехать, в 2010-м когда у вас побывал, я как батарейки аккумулятора подзарядил на год-полтора, потом очень хорошо работал. И вот чувствую, что теряется задор, думаю, надо съездить обязательно в Беларусь, с людьми хорошими повстречаться, с коммунистами белорусскими поговорить.<br />
В первый раз мы приезжали к вам в 2010 году в ноябре, как раз перед выборами президента. Конечно, нас беспокоила судьба выборов. Мы понимали, что белорусы свой выбор сделали давно, и на этот раз они не ошибутся. Ведь в Беларуси сейчас сохранено все то, что было сделано в Советском Союзе. Александр Григорьевич сумел все лучшее приумножить, не было откатов назад, сохранилась динамика развития в производстве. А самое главное - в Беларуси на очень высоком уровне находится патриотизм, любовь к Родине, очень хорошие моральные устои. А Россия есть Россия, вы и сами знаете, что в ней за 20 лет происходило.<br />
- На ваш взгляд, что нужно сделать, чтобы Россия стала социалистическим государством?<br />
- Везде по России, в частности в Самарской области, наши депутаты занимают второе место. Но надо понимать, что проигрываем мы «Единой России», которая использует административный ресурс. Коммунисты могут реально взять власть в России в любой момент, мы видим, что пользуемся поддержкой народа.<br />
Приведу интересный пример. Тольятти, моно-город, он был вообще не пробиваем как левый, там коммунисты малый процент имели. А уже в 2011 году он стал красным, на всех участках мы победили «Единую Россию» в два раза где-то. Вы понимаете, что коммунисты в современной России в моно-городе выиграли с большим отрывом. Я не думаю, что это элемент случайности, тут есть свои закономерности.<br />
- Как можно повторить такой успех?<br />
- Нам сейчас нужно воодушевиться. Приведу пример, может, не совсем удачный: Болотное. Люди поднялись, и по стране волна пошла. Было такое ощущение, что вот-вот начнется. А мы воодушевляемся после поездок к вам. Мы видим, что Россия не одинока, что есть коммунисты и в других странах. Пусть и не руководящая в Беларуси Компартия, но здесь признаки развитого социализма присутствуют в большей степени, чем в России.<br />
Вы, может, уже и не замечаете, потому что постоянно здесь живете, а у нас глаз радовался смотреть на то, как здесь идет подготовка к празднованию Дня Победы.<br />
Приведу интересный факт. Уже три года я секретарь городской организации. У нас есть свой человек на радио. Почему свой? Потому что в свое время ее отец был коммунистом, и не рядовым. И вот она всегда дает мне возможность как первому секретарю поздравить горожан с Днем солидарности трудящихся и с Днем Победы. Так вот, мое поздравление на 9 Мая – это речь Александра Григорьевича, потому что ничего лучше найти нельзя. Единственное, что я убираю, так это слова «Республика Беларусь» и «белорусы». И потом очень благодарят меня ветераны за такие хорошие слова.<br />
- Поговорим о вашей депутатской деятельности. Что вам удалось сделать за время пребывания в статусе народного избранника?<br />
- В Думе города Жигулевска я один представляю КПРФ. И как коммунисту мне очень тяжело. У нас в городе образован Социально-экологический союз, в который входят опытные коммунисты, бывшие в советское время секретари первичек, инструкторы горкома. В Думе я заместитель председателя комитета по промышленности и экологии. Поэтому совместными усилиями мы решили зайти со стороны экологии. И для нашего города это очень проблемный вопрос. В Жигулевске есть строительный комбинат, там делают цемент, и проблем очень много: фильтров нет, лесные пожары. Ежедневно в нашем городе в Волгу сбрасывается 5 тысяч тонн канализации, неочищенной, а ниже Самара. И мы эту проблему уже два года долбим. У нас есть завод, который производит аккумуляторы (в черте города!). Онкология подскочила. Канализация по городу течет, ничего не реконструируется. Средства, даже какие и выделяются, все разворовывается. Мы держим на пульсе все эти проблемы. Постоянно поднимаем вопросы благоустройства. В городе все разбито, как после бомбежки, очень старый жилой фонд, и за последние 20 лет никаких вливаний туда не было. Постоянно муссируем и эту тему, поднимаем общественность.<br />
- Борис Александрович, у вас, как председателя комитета защиты прав народа, наверное, были и какие-то особенные цели визита в Минск?<br />
- Появился я в Беларуси второй раз. Это Андрей (Андрей Скоморохов. – прим. авт.) меня вывел на эту тропинку Россия – Беларусь. В прошлом году нас приехало 10 человек, встречал нас секретарь ЦК КПБ по работе с молодежью Николай Волович. Программа визита была шикарной: мы и на «Линии Сталина» были, и в Хатыни, и на Кургане Славы.<br />
В Новокуйбышевске я четыре года возглавлял общественный комитет защиты прав народа, он был незарегистрированный. Все четыре года мы участвовали в выборных кампаниях. А побывав в прошлом году в Беларуси, я как заново родился, как будто в Советском Союзе побывал. И мы тогда решили, что было бы вообще прекрасно в помощь местным коммунистам создать общую организацию «Комитет защиты прав народа». И тогда же мы пришли к выводу, что надо регистрироваться. Сейчас мы официально называемся Самарская региональная общественная организация «Комитет защиты прав народа». Согласно уставу, мы имеем право создавать филиалы за рубежом. И вот здесь, на белорусской земле, я уже вручил свидетельства двум нашим вице-президентам – Андрею Скоморохову и Николаю Воловичу. Андрей Владимирович по Самарской области, а Николай Викторович по Минску будут курировать работу комитета. Нашей международной организации мы хотели бы присвоить имя Петра Машерова. Однако назваться можно как угодно, но на это надо разрешение. Как будет дальше в этом плане, пока не знаем.<br />
Наши цели – налаживать отношения со всеми общественными правозащитными организациями, которые поддерживают политику социализма. А у вас есть такая знаменитая организация, как «Белая Русь», так вот, хотели бы наладить с ней дружественные, рабочие отношения. Но пока контакт не налажен. Я изучал их устав, он тоже позволяет создавать филиалы за рубежом. Поэтому мы хотели бы стать представителями «Белой Руси» в России. Ведь по большинству позиций наши взгляды совпадают, и цель у нас одна – это забота о людях.<br />
- Какие у вас ближайшие планы на сотрудничество с Компартией Беларуси?<br />
- У нас общая цель – возродить все самое лучшее. Конечно, от каких-то догм нужно отказываться. А Беларусь вообще прекрасная страна. Поэтому в наших ближайших планах - 3 июля, когда белорусский народ будет праздновать годовщину освобождения от немецко-фашистских захватчиков, приехать к вам с нашими пионерами. Пусть они посмотрят Хатынь, «Линию Сталина», увидят, как белорусы живут. А на площади Независимости Первый секретарь ЦК КПБ Игорь Карпенко повяжет им на память белорусские галстуки. И это не будет какой-то официальщиной, чисто символический знак дружбы и сотрудничества. И пока Игорь Васильевич дал на это свое согласие.<br />
- Чем сейчас занимается ваш комитет?<br />
- Сейчас мы все обеспокоены ситуацией, которая сложилась вокруг памятника белочехам, погибшим на территории нашей страны. Между Россией и Чехией есть договор о сохранении и уходе за военными захоронениями. Российская сторона требует от чехов, чтобы те ухаживали за монументами, могилами советских солдат, и это законное требование, потому что эти же солдаты освобождали Чехию, а там погибло 140 тысяч человек. Однако у нас в Самарской области захоронений чешских солдат нет, которые погибли бы в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Но в 1918 году здесь находился чешский гарнизон военнопленных, потом из них сформировали отряды, они встали на сторону белогвардейцев. Вместо того чтобы сесть спокойно в эшелон и уехать к себе на родину, они просто-напросто устроили кровавый террор. Только в городке Иващенково (сейчас он называется Чапаевск) было истреблено 3 тысячи мирных жителей, которые поддержали советскую власть. А теперь получается, что мы должны им построить памятник. И чешская сторона требует выполнить это решение. Его уже выполнили в Бузулуке и Оренбурге, потому что белочехи как раз из Самары шли этим путем. И вот сейчас Меркушкин (губернатор Самарской области. – прим. авт.) 8 июня собирается открыть монумент. Так вот к нам в Новокуйбышевск приезжали чапаевцы с требованиями остановить это безобразие. Мы хотим им помочь, будем действовать от лица нашей организации, открыто, выпустим откровенные листовки, расскажем людям об этой ситуации, потому что многие даже не знают, что происходит.<br />
- Андрей Владимирович, Борис Александрович, спасибо, что уделили нам внимание. Напоследок пожелайте что-нибудь нашим читателям, белорусским коммунистам.<br />
