    <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>В знаменательный день собрались коммунисты Брестской областной организации на свой очередной Пленум – в День рождения комсомола. Естественно, какой бы ни была повестка дня Пленума, отнестись к этой дате формально бюро областной партийной организации не могло.</p>
<p>Начало своего выступления первый секретарь обкома партии Алина Севрук посвятила Всесоюзному Коммунистическому Союзу Молодежи.<br />
– Комсомол – это не схема и не модель, – подчеркнула Алина Ивановна, – форма тут – вторичное. ВЛКСМ сыграл весомую роль как раз потому, что имел мощное идейное содержание. И это содержание, что крайне важно, отвечало внутренним побуждениям каждого молодого человека. Что воспевал комсомол? Отечество, труд, справедливость, совесть. И эти ценности соответствовали стремлениям молодых людей. Расширялись их и жизненные возможности.<br />
Хочется верить, что большинство молодежи вступает в БРСМ из светлых побуждений, считая, что это патриотично, что там можно полностью реализовать себя. Но, как убеждает практика, пока что чисто комсомольские традиции с трудом вплетаются в сегодняшнее молодежное движение. Почему происходит такое?<br />
Алина Ивановна убеждена, что истинный комсомол – это организация с левыми взглядами, это коммунистический вектор. И базой для такой организации должен стать БРСМ, потенциал которого огромен.<br />
Особые надежды связаны с работой Игоря Бузовского, возглавившего недавно ЦК БРСМ, который с первых своих шагов приветствовал вступление членов БРСМ в КПБ.<br />
Иллюстрацией к сказанному стало вручение партийных билетов молодежным активистам. Среди них – первый секретарь Ивацевичского райкома БРСМ Юлия Севко, секретари первичных молодежных организаций Ивановского района – юрист ОАО «Белсолод» Андрей Денисейко, специалист налоговой инспекции Ирина Минюк, мастер ОАО «Мекосан» Сергей Тарадайко. Перед этими грамотными и вдумчивыми специалистами другой альтернативы не было: путь, избранный партией КПБ, – это и их дорога.</p>
<p>Вместе с билетами молодые коммунисты получили и памятные сувениры – еженедельники, памятный календарь Великой Победы, иллюстрированную брошюру с речью В.И.Ленина «Выступление на III съезде комсомола».<br />
Естественным продолжением разговора на Пленуме стал вопрос о членстве, об улучшении качественного состава партийных рядов. Тем более повестка дня звучала «О работе партийных выборных органов области по привлечению в КПБ молодежи, людей старшего возраста, мерах по подготовке к участию в выборах президента Республики Беларусь и отчетно-выборной кампании в первичных и районных организациях в 2010 году».<br />
Областной партийной организации удалось сделать некоторые шаги в объединении граждан на основе антикризисных программ, увеличить рост рядов на сто новых членов, особенно в ходе Сталинского и Ленинского призывов.<br />
Оправдали изначальную идею, воплощенную в Ленинском призыве, его инициаторы – Березовский райком, а также Ляховичский, Дрогичинский, Ивановский, Пинский, Ивацевичский, Лунинецкий, Барановичский и г.Пинск. Партийные организации этих регионов, а также г.Бреста и Брестского района, Столинская парторганизация остаются и самыми многочисленными. А тот факт, что по числу членов КПБ лидируют сельские организации, радует.<br />
 Именно сельские жители обеспечивают продовольственную безопасность государства. И нет для нас более важного направления, чем принимать участие в реализации Программы возрождения и развития села, государственных программ на годы пятилетки.<br />
 Кроме того, село – хранитель и источник национальных традиций, языка, фольклора, народного творчества. Способствовать сохранению и развитию этого – задача не менее важная.<br />
 За духовные, нравственные и гражданские идеалы ведет борьбу и Президент А.Г.Лукашенко. В докладе на одном из республиканских идеологических совещаний он четко сказал, что нынешний либерализм народу нашему не подходит, что надо осваивать свои, традиционные, цивилизованные ценности. И провал социалистического эксперимента не означает смерть коммунистических идей. «Они будут живы, пока жив человек, поскольку в их основе – стремление к равенству и социальной справедливости». Именно эта мысль была высказана Президентом на встрече с лидером российских коммунистов Геннадием Зюгановым.<br />
 Сейчас, когда мы выходим на финишную прямую по проведению выборов Президента Республики Беларусь, задачей №1 А.И.Севрук назвала участие коммунистов в избирательной кампании. С помощью убедительных фактов мы должны дать современным фарисеям ответ, почему народ Беларуси должен дать возможность Лукашенко и в этот раз баллотироваться на следующий срок.<br />
 Такими аргументами, по мысли Алины Ивановны, может быть то, что именно под руководством А.Г.Лукашенко белорусскому народу удалось преодолеть кризисные явления в экономике и заложить основы для поступательного, инновационного развития страны; укрепить обороноспособность государства и обеспечить в нем надлежащий правопорядок; сохранить единство нации, предотвратить резкое соотношение наиболее богатых и самых малообеспеченных слоев населения, а также других острейших социальных кризисов и потрясений.<br />
А если говорить более конкретно, то наши промышленные предприятия не стали объектами торга с представителями мира частного капитала. Ведь государство, которое продает свою землю, свои фабрики и заводы иностранцам, продает им в эксплуатацию и свой народ, превращаясь таким образом в полуколонию, а затем в колонию.<br />
А какими прекрасными мы видим сегодня наши большие и малые города! Как вдумчиво и поэтапно ведутся преобразования на селе: соблюдение социальных стандартов, развитие материаль­но-технической базы сельхозпредприятий, благоустройство населенных пунктов и, наконец, новый статус центральных усадеб, превратившихся в агрогородки!<br />
 На высоком государственном уровне проявляется забота о здоровье нации, слабо защищенных слоях населения, о развитии культуры, воспитании и образовании подрастающего поколения и т.д.<br />
 Одним из направлений всей агитационно-массовой работы должны стать разъяснительные беседы среди населения об истинных целях белорусской оппозиции.<br />
 Подробно остановилась докладчик и на конкретном участии коммунистов районных партийных организаций в избирательной кампании по выборам в местные органы власти, выдвижении в них представителей от партии КПБ, а также на роли коммунистов в подготовке к проведению четвертого Всебелорусского народного Собрания и выборов Президента Республики Беларусь.<br />
Алина Ивановна заострила внимание коммунистов и на роли нашего печатного органа – газете «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время», назвав ее настоящим помощником в пропагандистской работе.<br />
Прения по докладу открыл А.Б.Куркач, первый секретарь Ляховичского райкома КПБ. Андрей Борисович приезд лидера российских коммунистов Геннадия Зюганова в Беларусь и его встречу с Президентом нашей страны и коммунистами Беларуси назвал знаковой. Он поделился и опытом работы районной партийной организации в осенней избирательной кампании, во время которой 12 членов КПБ стали депутатами местных Советов депутатов. Оптимистично настроен Куркач и на успех в предстоящей выборной кампании, так как многие ключевые позиции занимают коммунисты.<br />
Первый секретарь Брестского райкома КПБ М.А.Крегель назвал цифры и факты социально-<br />
экономического региона Брест-ского района главным подспорьем для коммунистов в разъяснительной работе с населением. А они в Брестском районе более чем убедительны: за последние пять лет создано на селе около 3 тысяч новых рабочих мест, построена новая птицефабрика, введена в эксплуатацию биогазовая установка в сельхозпредприятии «Западный», построено и реконструировано 15 молочно-товарных ферм, объем производства сельхозпродукции увеличился в 1,5 раза, средний удой на корову составил 6198 кг молока, газифицировано 25 населенных пунктов, заработная плата на селе возросла в 1,6 раза.<br />
С эмоциональной речью выступила первый секретарь Пинского райкома Н.В.Титова. Бывшего комсомольского работника больше всего волновала судьба молодых людей, связавших свою судьбу с БРСМ. Куда занесет их ветер поиска применения своих сил и энергии после того, как возраст не позволит оставаться в его рядах? Готовых рецептов Наталья Васильевна предложить не смогла, но поделилась определенными наработками по работе с молодежью и перспективными планами.<br />
Эту же тему продолжил и П.В.Добродей, первый секретарь Ивановского райкома КПБ. Петра Владимировича беспокоит тот факт, что у многих молодых людей нет пока четких убеждений и позиций, поэтому ряд юношей и девушек осматриваются по сторонам и ссылаются на мнение вышестоящих своих лидеров, которые ориентируют молодежь быть вне политики.<br />
Выступающий поделился опытом работы по взаимодействию коммунистов с общественными организациями и объединениями района, высказал озабоченность отсутствием надлежащей теоретической базы для организации партийной учебы на районном уровне.<br />
С интересом было встречено выступление первого секретаря Березовского районного комитета КПБ, инициатора Ленинского призыва в ряды КПБ В.В.Сергеева. Увеличить за 2,5 года ряды членов партийной организации вдвое не каждому из партийных лидеров под силу. И то, как это сумел сделать Владимир Валерьевич, бывший полковник, естественно, было поучительно.<br />
 Заслуживала внимания и последовательная, целенаправленная работа в поддержку кандидата в президенты Республики Беларусь, проводимая Березовским РК КПБ. Коммунисты отличились активностью при сборе подписей в поддержку А.Г.Лукашенко, участием в избирательных комиссиях, своей боевитостью в агитационно-пропагандистских группах. Эта работа продолжится и при выдвижении из числа членов партии наблюдателей на избирательные участки.<br />
Обсуждаемые проблемы на­шли конкретное отражение в принятом постановлении обкома КПБ.<br />
На Пленуме рассматривался и организационный вопрос: об избрании секретаря обкома партии по работе с молодежью. Свое единодушие выразили коммунисты, избирая на эту должность Ольгу Воробей. Педагог, второй секретарь обкома БРСМ, слушатель Академии управления при Президенте Республики Беларусь, начальник отдела писем и организации приема граждан Брестского облисполкома – таков трудовой путь Ольги Леонидовны.<br />
О работе инициативных групп по сбору подписей в области по состоянию на 29 октября 2010 года проинформировал главный специалист идеологического управления облисполкома Сергей Анатольевич Жуков.<br />
Все участники Пленума продолжили общение в ходе организованной встречи с Президентом Республики Беларусь А.Г.Лукашенко, открывшем в этот день в г. Бресте Дворец водных видов спорта. Это был поистине подарок не только молодежи к Дню рождения ленинского комсомола, но и всей республике, ибо такой уникальный комплекс здоровья можно сотворить только в процветающем<br />
государстве.<br />
