Газета «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» является трибуной партии, с которой поднимаются злободневные, насущные проблемы общественно-политического, социально-экономического характера, волнующие людей; освещается деятельность Коммунистической партии Беларуси и международного коммунистического движения.
Редакция обеспечивает выпуск газеты, строго соблюдая политическую линию партии, определенную ее съездами, решениями Центрального Комитета Газета «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» является трибуной партии, с которой поднимаются злободневные, насущные проблемы общественно-политического, социально-экономического характера, волнующие людей; освещается деятельность Коммунистической партии Беларуси и международного коммунистического движения.
Редакция обеспечивает выпуск газеты, строго соблюдая политическую линию партии, определенную ее съездами, решениями Центрального Комитета и Программой КПБ, способствует утверждению идеалов подлинной демократии и народовластия, социального прогресса и справедливости, формирование патриотизма и гражданственности, высокой нравственности и духовности, пропаганды интеграционных процессов стран СНГ.
На страницах газеты функционируют постоянно действующие рубрики «Партийная жизнь», «Портрет коммуниста», «Партийная трибуна», «Коммунисты в парламенте», «Официально», в которых освещается деятельность руководящих органов партии, областных, городских и районных комитетов, первичных организаций Коммунистической партии Беларуси. Регулярно публикуются решения партийных органов, материалы пленумов и съездов, постановления ЦК КПБ, резолюции, заявления, другие материалы.
Особое внимание уделяется вопросам международного коммунистического и рабочего движения, поддержке связей и отношений КПБ с идейно родственными партиями других стран, региональными, международными и иными лево-патриотическими организациями. Эти темы освещаются в таких рубриках, как «В братских партиях», «Международное движение», «Международная конференция» и другие. С этой целью постоянно изучаются и анализируются сайты братских партий.
В газете публикуются исторически достоверные материалы, достойно раскрывающие традиции белорусского народа, его героическую борьбу за свободу и независимость, трудовые и ратные подвиги, талант лучших сынов Отечества, а также освещаются вопросы строительства Союзного государства.
Активно ведется пропаганда здорового образа жизни в специальных рубриках «Формула здоровья», «Спорт». Газета «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время», выполняя задачу Компартии Беларуси по омоложению ее рядов, публикует материалы в постоянных рубриках, посвященные молодежной тематике: «Молодежная политика», «Образование», «Вступительная кампания» и другие.
С целью оперативного получения информации с мест налажено взаимодействие с первыми секретарями обкомов и Минского горкома, внештатными корреспондентами областей. Наиболее деятельно газета сотрудничает с обкомами Брестской, Витебской, Минской областей, Минским горкомом. Мы выражаем благодарность Игорю Васильевичу Карпенко, Алине Ивановне Севрук, Марии Михайловне Худой, Владимиру Леонидовичу Половцеву за своевременное информирование редакции о партийной жизни в регионе. За активную работу благодарим внештатных корреспондентов А.Егорова и В.Сапсай. Однако сегодня есть необходимость активизировать работу региональной сети внештатных корреспондентов газеты.
Коллектив газеты тесно сотрудничает с кандидатами и докторами наук – членами КПБ. Постоянными авторами газеты являются доктор философских наук, профессор Павел Васильевич Кикель; доктор экономических наук, профессор Валерий Федорович Байнев; доктор исторических наук Лев Евстафьевич Криштапович; кандидаты исторических наук Сергей Иванович Костян, Владимир Евгеньевич Егорычев, Михаил Иванович Жарков, Анна Афанасьевна Гребенкина, Раиса Емельяновна Мирончикова; кандидат сельскохозяйственных наук Нина Антоновна Прокошина и другие. Их статьи вызывают всегда особый интерес среди читателей, поскольку поднимаются актуальные проблемы с опорой на достоверные научные источники, а также дается оценка событиям и высказывается собственное мнение по поводу путей решения данного вопроса. Также публикуются материалы членов военно-научного общества И.И.Архипова, Н.Н.Беляева и других. Большую помощь и поддержку в освещении актуальных социально-экономических и общественно-политических событий в стране оказывает заместитель главного редактора газеты «7 дней» Герман Москаленко. Мы благодарим всех наших авторов за совместный труд. Приглашаем к сотрудничеству и других авторов, кто пишет интересные аналитические статьи на злободневную тематику.
В адрес газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» поступает множество писем от наших читателей с предложениями и замечаниями. Редакция предоставляет возможность читателям высказать свое мнение, принять участие в дискуссиях по острым социальным вопросам в рубриках «Письмо в номер», «Хочу возразить», «Вы нам писали».
Мы наладили взаимодействие с учреждением образования «Белорусский государственный педагогический университет имени Максима Танка». Студенты факультета белорусской филологии и культуры систематически распределяются в редакцию газеты для прохождения практики по специальности «Журналистика». В текущем году среди студентов вышеуказанного факультета организован конкурс «Письмо в прошлое», посвященный 65-летию со дня Великой Победы. Основная идея конкурса состоит в том, чтобы в произведениях эпистолярного жанра – обращение молодого поколения к старшему со словами признательности их великому подвигу – выразить свое отношение к войне. Подобные конкурсы способствуют формированию патриотизма и гражданственности у молодежи.
Коллектив систематически работает над решением вопроса по недопущению снижения подписки на газету. Однако при тираже в две тысячи, газета ежемесячно имеет подписку около одной тысячи. Несмотря на то, что на сегодняшний день газета «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» является одной из самых дешевых в республике, на газету подписывается еще не каждый коммунист.
На пленумах Центральный Комитет КПБ постоянно ставит задачу необходимости увеличения подписки. Решить эту задачу партийным первичным организациям по силам: ведь каждый коммунист обязан быть в рядах политического авангарда людей труда. А для этого нужно регулярно читать коммунистическую прессу, разбираться в поднимаемых ею проблемах. Каждый член партии должен распространять информацию, начиная со своей семьи и друзей и доводя до всего населения деревни, города и так далее. Это путь к формированию политического сознания и побуждению к активным действиям. В этом – партийный, человеческий и патриотический долг каждого коммуниста.
Думается, что в районных и городских комитетах партии должен состояться предметный разговор – о роли печатных средств массовой информации и конкретных мерах по увеличению тиража партийных газет. Сначала – на заседаниях Бюро, а затем – на пленумах партийных комитетов, на собраниях в «первичках». Необходимо определить конкретных членов бюро (секретарей), ответственных за данное направление партийной работы, регулярно спрашивать, как выполняется это важнейшее партийное поручение. Также Бюро должно разработать систему оценки и поощрения активистов первичных организаций и районных комитетов за лучшую организацию подписки и распространение партийной газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время». Это могло бы стать дополнительным стимулом в партийной работе.
Следует отметить нашего общественного распространителя Георгия Георгиевича Давыденко. Сотрудники газеты выражают ему особую благодарность, так как эта работа способствует росту популяризации газеты среди населения.
Газета реализуется через розничную сеть. В 2009 году были заключены договоры с четырьмя областными отделениями почты. В 2010 году заключены договоры с пятью областями. Не охвачены розничной продажей партийной газеты Минская область и город Минск.
Коммунистическая партия Беларуси в последнее время активно использует Интернет. Это – перспективный способ активного общения с населением, распространение информации независимо от желания властей. Редакция газеты занимается вопросами обеспечения работы сайта КПБ в сети Интернет: регулярное его обновление, поддержание в актуальном состоянии. С целью его материального обеспечения создан информационный фонд газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время». Мы выражаем благодарность всем, кто откликнулся на наш призыв и перечислил денежные средства. Однако этот ресурс пока работает в ограниченных масштабах. Число посетителей партийных сайтов измеряется, в лучшем случае, десятками. Этого, конечно, недостаточно.
В текущем году газета «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» впервые стала участником Международной специализированной выставки «СМІ ў Беларусі», которая проходила с 4 по 7 мая в Национальном выставочном центре «Белэкспо» города Минска. Красочно оформленный стенд газеты «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» привлекал внимание посетителей выставки, единомышленников Компартии, коллег-журналистов. Люди интересовались содержанием партийного издания, деятельностью КПБ, условиями вступления в партию. Печатный орган Коммунистической партии Беларуси приветствовали другие экспоненты. Среди них представители международных делегаций Польши, Латвии, Кубы, России. Гости из Польши и Латвии с сожалением отметили, что в их странах коммунистическая партия запрещена, в отличие от Беларуси, где в полной мере реализуется принцип политического плюрализма. По итогам международного форума журналистов, редакция газеты награждена дипломом «За успешный дебют на медиафоруме». «Коммунист Беларуси. Мы и время» выражает благодарность Министерству информации Республики Беларусь, Центральному Комитету и Минскому ГК КПБ за оказанное содействие в организации участия газеты в выставке. Также следует отметить Фрунзенский РК КПБ города Минска за помощь в дежурстве во время проведения выставки.
Партийная печать позволяет расширить информационно-пропагандистское влияние КПБ и дает объективную картину происходящих в стране политических и социально-экономических процессов. Необходимо продолжать на более высоком профессиональном, идеологическом уровне практику опубликования статей и материалов, направленных на защиту и представление прав и интересов трудящихся.
