Таких причин несколько, но главная, как раньше говорили на Руси – что брови пригожи, а дровни угожи.<br />
«Коммунист Беларуси» разобрался, как и почему у Молодежи БНФ на первом месте оказались девушки, а не самолеты, и чем всё это закончилось.</strong></p>
<p>Накануне отчисления пять минут как лидер МБНФ Анна Смилевич дала большое <a href="http://naviny.by/article/20180120/1516433837-predsedatel-moladzi-bnf-anna-smilevich-potomu-chto-mne-ne-vse-ravno">интервью БелаПАН</a>. Там она рассказала о шляпках, наколке на локте, личной жизни, а также любви к беларушчыне и прочих дежурных оппозиционных темах. Было немного и про учебу:</p>
<p><em>— В нашей переписке вы говорили, что у вас появились проблемы с учебой, и предположили, что, возможно, это связано с вашей политической деятельностью. А вы не рассматриваете вариант, что вы просто готовились к зачетам и экзаменам не достаточно усердно?<br />
— Если честно, мне вот многие сейчас говорят, мол, что это из-за политики, но сама я не совсем согласна. Не исключаю, что мое присутствие в МБНФ накладывает некий отпечаток, но в то же время я и честна сама с собой — я была готова к сессии не на все сто процентов.</em></p>
<p>Но прошла всего неделя, Анна завалила экзамены, и тут ее уровень подготовки резко вырос. Как она <a href="https://news.tut.by/economics/579407.html">сообщила tut.by</a>:<br />
<em>— Я была падрыхтавана на нармальным узроўні. Не на ідэальным, гэтага я не адмаўляю, але як і ўсе студэнты. Я лічу, што мая палітычная актыўнасць мела на гэта ўплыў, бо іншым людзям такога ж узроўню ведаў і нават горш ставілі здачу экзамена, акрамя таго, я ведаю, як людзей не адлічвалі не толькі з трыма пераздачамі, як у мяне, але і нават з чатырма.<br />
</em><br />
Кто и как продолжает учиться после трех и четырех пересдач, знает только Молодежь БНФ и выпускники программы Калиновского. Мы же сообщаем, что пп. 5.1. ст. 79 действующего Кодекса об образовании называет в качестве причины для отчисления неуспеваемость по трем и более учебным предметам.</p>
<p>Однако больше нас удивило, что при отчислении якобы не обошлось без Компартии и даже силовых структур:</p>
<p><em>– Усе гэтыя размовы пра КДБ — гэта не проста так: калі я прыйшла атрымоўваць залік па фізічнай культуры, мне вельмі моцна не жадалі яго ставіць. Выкладчык распавёў, што да яго прыходзілі яго сябры з Камітэта дзяржаўнай бяспекі, цікавіліся мной. Пытаў, ці не з’яўляюся я кіраўніком нейкай апазіцыйнай моладзевай структуры, пра маё стаўленне да БНФ, БРСМ, Камуністычнай партыі, да апазіцыі наогул.<br />
</em><br />
Почему про отношение девочки к политическим структурам спросили именно у физрука, для нас осталось загадкой. Даже не знаем, что он мог в таком случае ответить. Что все девочки бегали круги по часовой стрелке, а одна – против часовой? </p>
<p>По своему опыту помню, что в БГУ с физкультурой всегда было строго, и вылететь из-за нее было проще простого, без всякой политики. Но, конечно, это именно КГБ и коварные коммунисты заставляли девочку прогуливать физру.</p>
<p>Про остальную эпопею со сдачей экзаменов много писала демпресса, обильно полив грязью и преподавателей журфака, и студентов-конформистов, которые якобы не защищают Анну, и до кучи все белорусское образование.</p>
<p>При этом Смилевич-Пахолко, мягко говоря, не блистала. Судите сами. </p>
<p>Первая сессия – 6-8-5-5-4. Средний балл 5,6.<br />
Вторая сессия – 7-4-5-10-7. Средний балл 6,6.<br />
На третьей сессии ее отчислили. Характерно и отношение Анны к профессии, которую она выбрала:</p>
<p><em>— Есть любимый журналист, ведущий?<br />
— Нет. Если честно, у меня несколько испортилось мнение о журналистах после того, как я оказалась по другую сторону баррикад и дала пару интервью. Раньше мне казалось, что брать интервью сложнее, чем его давать. А теперь я считаю наоборот и где-то даже боюсь интервью и журналистов.</em></p>
<p>Возникает вопрос, а откуда берутся эти самые нехорошие оппозиционные журналисты (другие у нее интервью не брали). А не с того ли самого журфака? Но почему-то все они благополучно доучились, несмотря на свои взгляды. </p>
<p>Второй вопрос: за какие заслуги Анну избрали председателем молодежной организации БНФ? Сама она утверждает, что за «активную деятельность» – так если эта деятельность велась вместо учебы, чего удивляться низкой успеваемости. Тем более, что Анна училась на бюджете, занимая место более мотивированного к учебе студента.</p>
<p>Однако, несмотря на всю «активную деятельность», репрессированных студентов сейчас явно не хватает, а польская «Калиновка» вообще закрыта. Из белорусских вузов практически не отчисляют, и это заметно на полумертвом оппозиционном активе – новых лиц там не прибавляется, и поэтому к Анне было приковано такое внимание.</p>
<p>В соцсетях же ехидно написали, что исключение «стало пинком в новую жизнь». А в оппозиционных СМИ – что дело об исключении Смилевич «приобрело международный резонанс». </p>
<p>Оказалось, что председатель БНФ Григорий Костусев даже рассказал о ней спецпредставителю ПА ОБСЕ по Восточной Европе Кент Харстеду накануне встречи с А. Лукашенко.</p>
<p>Если кто-то не понимает, это говорит не о масштабах личности Смилевич-Пахолко, а о масштабах того якобы «поворота на запад», который приписывают Президенту некоторые деятели. Если спецпредставитель ОБСЕ обсуждает девочку из БГУ «накануне встречи с Лукашенко», значит, более важных тем просто не нашлось. </p>
<p>Также некая шведская организация «Östgruppen för demokrati» обратилась к ректору БГУ с призывом не отчислять молодежную активистку.<br />
В свою очередь, мы не поленились и выяснили, что это за «Östgruppen». </p>

<p>Оказалось, что они выступали информационным партнером шведского «плюшевого десанта» (постановка-фарс для СМИ в 2012), а теперь регулярно всхлипывают по поводу каждого чиха белорусской оппозиции. Ну что ж, как говорится, скажи мне, кто твой друг.</p>
<p>А теперь вернемся к мощной и солидной организации – Моладзі БНФ. </p>
<p>По добрым традициям демоппозиции, если в одном организации собирается более двух человек, там начинается яростная внутренняя травля с вынесением мусора из избы. </p>
<p>Чтобы быть объективными, предоставим слово самим героям публикации. Вот что активист МБНФ Аляксей Дарашэнка пишет в ВК: </p>
<p><strong>MBNF DELENDA EST </strong>(«МБНФ должен быть разрушен» – А.Л.)</p>
<p><strong>Факт першы. Бюракратыя</strong><br />
На з’ездзе арганізацыі было абрана кіраўніцтва : кіраўнік МБНФ, сябры рады , караўнікі гарадоў і г.д. . Агулам каля 30 асобаў. Па дадзеных самой арганізацыі ў яе шэрагах 750 чалавек. Але гэта ўсё сьпісы, якія не аднаўляюцца, і вядуцца ад самага пачатку яе адраджэньня. Такія лічбы могуць сведчыць толькі пра тое, што праз арганізацыю прайшло 750 актыўных і пэрспэктыўных маладых людзей. Рэальная колькасьць актыву МБНФ , па ацэнках былых і дзеючых сябраў арганізацыі , якія асацыююць сябе з арганізацыяй каля 100-150 чалавек. Актыўных каля 30.На дадзены момант можна сьмела сказаць, калі на вулічы вы сустрэнеце хлопца ці дзяўчынку якая раздае ўлёткі ад МБНФ, то вы патрапіце на нейкага “кіраўніка” ці яго зама, і хутчэй за ўсё яны будуць зьбіраць за вуліцу Геніюш, але гэта зусім іншая гісторыя.<br />
Такім чынам атрымліваецца з міру па нітке, а з МБНФ па пасадзе.</p>
<p><strong>Факт другі. Вечны кіраўнік</strong><br />
24 сьнежня адбыліся выбары старшыні арганізацыі, у выніку якіх каіраўніком арганізацыі стала Ганна Сьмілевіч. Калі апусьціць бюракратычныя працэдуры нізкай якасьці, то варта заўважыць, што ў арганізацыі зьявілася новая пасада, і як ні парадаксальна - гэта “кіраўнік Моладзі БНФ” , якую і заняла Ганна Сьмілевіч .<br />
Як гэта?<br />
З часу аднаўленьня МБНФ у жніўне 2015-ага году пасаду кіраўніка МБНФ і кіраўніка Моладзевай камісіі займаў адзін чалавек, дый увогуле, такой пасады як кіраўнік МБНФ не існавала. Такім чынам ствараецца ілюзія, што кіраўнік арганізацыя зьмяніўся, але гэта не зусім так.  Ю. Лукашэвіч фактычна застаўся кіраўніком Моладзі БНФ, толькі назва пасады зьмянілася. </p>
<p><strong>Факт трэці. Людскі рэсурс</strong><br />
Апошні хайп з адлічэньнем Ганны Сьмілевіч – справа сумленная і благародная, але ў той жа момант і паказальная. Бамонд арганізацыі не жадае дамапагчы дзяўчыне ў цяжкім становішчы. Не дапамагае ёй аднавіцца ва ўнівэрсытэце і не прапануе ёй альтэрнатыўную адукацыю ці сродкі для разьвіцьця ўласных здольнасьцў.<br />
Замест гэтага МБНФ - стварае інфармацыйную нагоду на вобразе пакрыўджаных, абражаных і несправядліва адлічаных. Гэтым разам візуальным увасабленьнем і сродкам зьяўляецца Г.Смілевіч. Якая наўрадці аб гэтым задумваецца. Апошнім часам МБНФ накіраваны на стварэньне любых інфармацыйных узгадак пра сябе, але калі аб’ектыўна паглядзець, не робячы нічога карыснага. Нават не прасочваецца такой базіснай унутранай функцыі арганізацыі , як крэатыўны, сазідальны асяродак. Людзі ў арганізацыі – масоўка, лічбы, а не асобы.</p>
<p><strong>Факт чацьверты. Нізкі культурны ўзровень</strong><br />
14 студзеня адбыўся сход Мінскай арганізацыі, на якім новаабраны намесьнік кіраўніка арганізацыі, вырашыў, што можа штурхаць, мацаць і здымаць пінджак з прапановай “выскочіть” у дачыненьні да новых актывістаў, якія прыйшлі на сход. Тут я думаю камэнтаваць ня варта. </p>
<p>Як наступства сотні крэатыўных і актыўных малыдых людзей з высокім патэнцыялам расчароўваюцца, і ў лепшым выпадку, сыходзяць шукаюць сябе ў іншых сфэрах, а ў хужэйшым расчароўваюцца ў саміх ідэях грамадскай актыўнасьці. </p>

<p>А вот еще один активист, Андрэй Рачок, срывает покровы с «активной деятельности»: </p>
<p><em>ТЫДЗЕНЬ З МОЛАДДЗЮ БНФ<br />
Доўгі час я з’яўляўся актывістам МБНФ. Я даўно сышоў зь яе, але сачу за тым, што там адбываецца. Зараз мы разам паглядзім, што там адбываецца цяпер. Ў моладзі БНФ дужа любяць спасыцацца на сваю масавую і «пасьпяховую дзейнасьць», але калі зьвярнуцца непасрэдна да дзейнасьці, узьнікае шэраг пытаньняў. </em></p>
<p>Прадэманструю гэта на прыкладзе апошняга праэкта МБНФ – Тыдзень Быкава. </p>
<p><strong>Панядзелак.</strong> Пра першы кінапаказ я шукаў хоць нешта, але нічога не знайшоў: ні фатаздымкаў, ні абмеркаваньняў – зусім нічога. </p>
<p><strong>Аўторак</strong>. Больш яскрава МБНФ праявіла сябе на другім мерапрыемстве «Крэатыўны вечар «Намалюем сквер разам!». Белсат сваім візітам да ўсрачкі напужаў палову МБНФ. Апынулася, што на мерапрыемстве прысутнічалі толькі 2 чалавекі, і тыя сябры МБНФ. Пра што ішла гаворка з расчарованымі белсатаўцамі невядома, але зьехалі яны дакладна расчараванымі. </p>
<p><strong>Серада</strong>. На кінапраглядзе зноў сытуацыя паўтарылася, з прысутных толькі два чалавекі, і зноў актывісты Моладзі БНФ. </p>
<p><strong>Чацьвер</strong>. Далей жаданне нешта рабіць сышло зусім, і паб-квіз быў адменены. </p>
<p><strong>Пятніца-нядзеля</strong>. Наступныя мерапрыемствы нават не рэклямаваліся, можна лічыць, што яны адбываліся,або ў глыбокім падпольлі, або не адбывалія ўвогуле. </p>
<p>Такім чынам падводзячы вынікі тыдня з МБНФ, я не пабачыў ніводнага якаснага і цікавага мерапрыемства. Прысутнасьць блізу 10 чалавек за тыдзень. Наўрадці яны больш туды прыйдуць.</p>
<p><strong>Цяпер пра эмоцыі.</strong></p>
<p>Чаму так адбываецца? </p>
<p>Для кіраўніцтва арганізацыі ня мае розьніцы як і якія мерапрыемствы праводзяцца. Момант публікацыі пра тое ,што мерапрыемства адбудзецца, для кіраўніцтва моладзі не зьяўляецца дадатковым стымулам рабіць якасна, гэта хутчэй кульмінацыя дзейнасьці, пасьля якой можна скласьці лапкі, і нічога не рабіць. Можна нават, увогуле не праводзіць івэнт. Такі вось намэнклятурны лайфхак. </p>
<p><em>Канешне, можна было бы сказаць, што МБНФ малайцы і робяць усе, што ў іх магчымасьцях. Але чалавек – істота схільная да эвалюцыі і прагрэсу. Як атрымліваецца эвалюцыя - гэта не пра МБНФ. Гэта наводзіць на думку, што Моладзь БНФ не жадае разьвівацца , прасоўваць свае ідэі, і пашыраць кола сяброў арганізацыі. Вярхі ня жадаюць, нізы ня могуць.</em></p>
<p>Как видим, даже Владимира Ильича вспомнили в своем крике души, берутся за ум.</p>
<p>Нам же добавить нечего. Видно, что организация больше пиарится, чем работает, а отчисление Анны за неуспеваемость стало чуть ли не главным событием за два года. Причем к нему приплели и спецслужбы с физруком, и чуть ли не КПБ, хоть в МБНФ, судя по словам активистов, и так всё развалено. Так что, отчисление было кому-то нужно? Подстроено?</p>
<p>Похоже, у ребят и мысли нет, что если бы девочка не рассказывала в интервью про шляпки и брови, а лишний раз почитала учебник перед сессией, все у нее было бы хорошо, получила свои 4-5-6 баллов и училась бы дальше. Остальным же активистам мы советуем читать не только оппозиционные сайты, но и осилить пару-тройку книжек по истории, политологии, философии – и начать с «Государства и революции» Ленина, раз уж сами вспомнили про революционную ситуацию. Чтение расширит кругозор, и тогда внезапно окажется, что игры с переодеванием в вышиванки и обсуждение бровей вашего «лидера» – это детский сад, над которым издеваются даже ваши коллеги по оппозиционному цеху. </p>
