<p>Депутат Палаты представителей Национального Собрания Республики Беларусь, Первый секретарь ЦК КПБ<strong> Алексей Николаевич Сокол</strong> рассказал собравшимся о подготовке и проведении праздничных мероприятий, дал оценку организационной работе на всех уровнях, уделил внимание международной деятельности коммунистов и рассказал о задачах, которые стоят перед компартией на современном этапе.<br />
Подводя итоги торжественных мероприятий, Первый секретарь ЦК особо отметил вручение медалей и грамот Компартии Беларуси ряду коллективов и общественных организаций – за существенный вклад в развитие коммунистического движения в Республике Беларусь.</p>
<p>– Значимым стало также проведение праздничного концерта, посвященного 100-летию Великого Октября во Дворце Республики. 7 ноября в городе Минске, во всех областях и районах Беларуси представители Компартии, ветеранских объединений и общественных организаций, а также молодежь приняли участие в торжественных церемониях возложения цветов к памятникам Владимиру Ильичу Ленину, – напомнил Алексей Николаевич.</p>
<p>– В этот год мы усилили международную коммуникацию, было проведено множество встреч с зарубежным дипломатическим корпусом. Представители Лиги Коммунистической молодёжи посетили Корейскую Народную Демократическую республику, наша молодежь приняла участие во Всемирном фестивале в Сочи. Руководство Центрального Комитета и представители Лиги Коммунистической молодёжи от всех регионов приняли участие в международных торжественных  мероприятиях в городе Москва. К столетию революции были приглашены представители делегаций со всех континентов земного шара. Более 130  делегаций представляли ведущие коммунистические и рабочие партии мира.</p>
<p>Кроме того, Коммунистическая партия Китая прислала белорусским коммунистам приглашение для участия в крупнейшей международной форме, который состоится в Пекине в декабре этого года, и мы также примем в нем участие.</p>
<p>Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить Президенту Республики Беларусь Александру Григорьевичу Лукашенко за его поздравление согражданам со столетним юбилеем. В нем было отмечено, что Октябрь 1917 года ознаменован появлением на политической карте страны с принципиально новым укладам, провозглашением права наций на самоопределение. Сформированная в период СССР социально-экономическое база легла в основу научного, промышленного и сельскохозяйственного потенциала Республики Беларусь.<br />
Сегодня мы живем в суверенной и независимой стране, своим умом, талантом и трудолюбием строим сильное, стабильное государство, главной ценностью которого является человек, патриот и хозяин родной земли. </p>
<p>Торжественные мероприятия по случаю октября были подготовлены убедительно, качественно и ярко, нам удалось провести их повсеместно. Это должно дать мощный импульс к продвижению социалистической идеологии, укреплению партийного движения, привлечению наших сторонников, укреплению международного авторитета КПБ, а также качественному поведению предстоящей избирательной кампании.<br />
От всей души желаю всем мира, крепкого здоровья и благополучия! Уверен, все вместе мы сможем сделать всё, чтобы наша Беларусь шла вперёд по пути прогресса, созидания и социальной справедливости! – завершил свое выступление А.Н. Сокол.</p>
<p>Затем перед аудиторией выступил <strong>Алексей Степанович Камай</strong>, председатель Совета Компартии.</p>
<p>– Уважаемые товарищи! Дорогие друзья! Юбилей, которые мы отпраздновали – это историческая дата, которая позволила народам мира изменить свой уклад жизни. Это было выступление людей труда за народовластие и дружбу всех национальностей, чтобы человек мог пользоваться материальными благами и результатами своего труда. Октябрьская революция позволила закрепить все эти принципы, и на основе братства народов создать Конституцию СССР. </p>
<p>При этом Белоруссия впервые обрела свою государственность. В будущем году мы будем праздновать столетие создания Белорусской Советской Социалистической Республики и Компартии Беларуси.<br />
Всё, что осуществилась благодаря Октябрьской революции – осуществилась благодаря гению В.И. Ленина. Всё, что свершилось в дальнейшем – строительство социализма, Победа в Великой Отечественной войне, было благодаря воле и таланту И.В. Сталина. Всё, что имеем сегодня – это благодаря труду миллионов советских людей. И сегодня у каждого здравомыслящего человека появляется великая гордость за то, что было сделано старшими поколениями. </p>
<p>Давайте обратимся к нашей родной Беларуси. Я не понаслышке знаю, какой ценой доставалось всё то доброе, талантливое, мудрое и достойное, что было в общественной жизни. Давайте возвратимся к исторической памяти: что было в Беларуси до Великой Октябрьской Социалистической революции? Это была разграбленная земля,  нищие люди, бедность и голод.</p>
<p>За послереволюционные годы было создано мощное инновационное производство. Ведь  экономический потенциал – основа жизни людей. И сегодня, к примеру, сельскохозяйственная база позволяет решить все задачи продовольственной программы Республики Беларусь. Агрогородки и мощные комплексы позволяют республике получать более 7 млрд руб доходов за счёт экспорта продукции. Это наша база на будущее, и когда кто-то обсуждает перспективы приватизации сельского хозяйства, мы должны помнить, что дело не только в принадлежности собственности, но в умении управлять, умении решать социально-экономические, государственные и внешнеполитические вопросы. В умении распоряжаться этой собственностью так, чтобы жить достойно. Важно то, насколько удается организовать и мобилизовать людей, насколько понятны им цели и задачи, которые мы решаем.</p>
<p>Когда <strong>Кирилл Прокофьевич Орловский</strong>, легендарный человек, руководитель колхоза «Рассвет» Кировского района, будучи тяжело больным, встречался с <strong>Петром Мироновичем Машеровым</strong> и <strong>Тихоном Яковлевичем Киселёвым</strong> в декабре 1967 года, он сказал очень важную фразу, обращаясь к Петру Мироновичу. «Хочу вам сказать, что земной шар – это лошадь. Коммунисты держится за гриву этой лошади, а все остальные – за хвост. Но лошадь никогда не бежит ровно, и тот, кто держится за гриву, всегда удержится, а тот, кто за хвост – упадет. Вы, пожалуйста, помните об этом».</p>
<p>Сегодня я убежден, что Центральный комитет и Совет Компартии Беларуси смогут достойно вести дело, как учило старшее поколение. Материальная база Республики Беларусь, талант наших ученых и специалистов позволяет развиваться более быстрыми темпами.  А главный вопрос развития экономики заключается в том, чтобы государство не отошло от управления экономикой. Речь не идет о вмешательстве во все структуры и организации. Но надо помнить, что внешнеэкономическая интеграция – это крайне сложный процесс, который требует максимального учета всех факторов и вызовов. Наши промышленные предприятия, наши аграрные комплексы, наши сельскохозяйственные институты, наша Академия наук должны достойно перенять опыт и сохранить всё, что было сделано на территории Республики Беларусь, а также изучить практику Китая и опыт других стран. </p>
<p>Не забывайте, что мы живем в родной Беларуси и работаем для людей родной Беларуси. Добра и счастья вам! – подвел итог выступления Алексей Степанович.</p>
<p>Перед собравшимися выступил также лидер Лиги коммунистической молодежи <strong>Антон Лойко</strong>, который рассказал о работе, проведенной в организации. </p>
<p>– Добрый день, уважаемые товарищи! Я благодарю Центральный комитет Коммунистической партии Беларуси за предоставленную мне возможность выступить перед вами на Республиканском собрании партийного актива, посвященного столетию Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции!</p>
<p>Молодежь всегда оказывает большое влияние на политические процессы, которые происходят в обществе. Компартия Беларуси во все времена проводила целенаправленную работу по пропаганде коммунистических идеалов среди молодежи.<br />
В 2016 году была создана Лига коммунистической молодежи -молодежное крыло Компартии Беларуси. За последний год была проведена работа по поднятию уровня организации в целом. В ноябре Министерство юстиции зарегистрировало новую редакцию Устава и изменение статуса Лиги коммунистической молодежи. Сегодня - это полноценная организация, действующая в рамках закона на всей территории Республики Беларусь.</p>
<p>Что такое быть членом Лиги коммунистической молодежи? Почему молодежь идет в наши ряды? Каковы причины?</p>
<p>Это, прежде всего, высокое чувство социальной справедливости, желание того, чтобы все в обществе были равны и имели равные возможности, желание жить в нормальном обществе, непризнание грязной либеральной модели, которая создает базар, рынок, где каждый друг другу враг, а не гражданское общество. Это уважение к собственной истории, стремление защитить ее от переписывания, извращения всевозможными псевдоисториками, которые пытаются представить эпоху Советского союза черной пропастью. Советский союз - это равенство, борьба за светлое будущее, достижения, честный труд честных людей, закон и порядок, гарантии и достаток, а не репрессии и профанация. Это уважение к старшим, как к тем, кто более опытен, кто прошел тяготы жизни и желает поделиться своим опытом, к ветеранам, которые понесли огромные жертвы на алтарь Победы. Победа в Великой отечественной войне - это наша гордость и наша заслуга, которую нельзя унижать и очернять. Это добрые отношения между людьми, уважение, товарищество. Коллектив тех, кто готов поддержать друг друга в трудную минуту. </p>
<p>Именно такие люди приходят в ряды нашей молодой организации и активно участвуют в ее деятельности.<br />
Лига коммунистической молодежи продолжает свое становление и рост, почему что наши идеи, левые, коммунистические идеи это идеи прогресса и идеи будущего, без которых общество будет всегда обречено на неравенство и несправедливую борьбу. За нами правда! Я хочу обратиться к вам, дорогие товарищи, с просьбой как можно шире и больше поддержать молодежь в регионах, помочь росту организации на местах. Это будущее нашей партии!</p>
<p>За последний год Лига коммунистической молодежи являлась участником и организатором множества мероприятий, таких как работа международного строительного отряда имени столетия Октября, Форум коммунистической молодежи в 2017 году, акция памяти воссоединения Беларуси в 1939 году, Всемирный Фестиваль молодежи и студентов в г. Сочи, Открытие выставки в кинотеатре «Октябрь», посвященной столетию Октября, торжественное празднование 7 ноября, Международный форум левых сил в г.Москва и многие другие. Благодаря этому повышается наша узнаваемость как на родине, так и за рубежом.<br />
Коммунистам не всегда было просто и легко. Мы пережили 17 год, 41-45 годы, 91 год. Каждый раз нас пытались сломать и убрать с глаз долой, но все попытки провалились.</p>
<p>Уважаемые товарищи! Разрешите поздравить вас от лица Центрального комитета Лиги коммунистической молодежи с великой датой - столетием великой октябрьской социалистической революции! Примите наши самые теплые поздравления и пожелания! Стойкости и успехов в борьбе! Наше дело правое, победа будет за нами! Ленин! Партия! Комсомол! – завершил свое выступление А. Лойко.</p>
<p>Зал поддержал лозунг и ответил аплодисментами.</p>
<p>Слово также было предоставлено <strong>Владимиру Евгеньевичу Егорычеву</strong>, писателю, публицисту, кандидату исторических наук и автору нашей газеты, который поблагодарил Компартию и лично управляющего делами ЦК КПБ <strong>В.М. Хиневича</strong> за помощь в издании юбилейной книги и за оперативность выполненной работы.</p>
<p>При этом автор отметил, что книга «<a href="http://comparty.by/news/prezentaciya-knigi-v-egorycheva-sudbonosnyy-oktyabr-istoriya-i-sovremennost-v-stolichnom-muzee">Судьбоносный Октябрь: история и современность</a>» была органично дополнена аналитическими материалами, подготовленными на основе докладов и выступлений руководителей Компартии, и, таким образом, заиграла новыми красками.<br />
Владимир Евгеньевич также рассказал о творческих планах и подготовке новых изданий к столетию образования БССР и белорусской Компартии.</p>
<p>После выступлений были вручены грамоты ЦК КПБ, партийные билеты вновь вступившим, а также юбилейные медали Компартии.</p>
<p>Торжественное мероприятие завершилось кинопоказом фильма <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgENHazy380">«Следы на воде»</a>, посвященного деятельности советской милиции и контрразведки по выявлению послевоенного бандподполья в Белорусской ССР. Данный фильм был снят к столетию МВД, а коммунисты, в свою очередь, отметили достоверность картины, художественный вкус и хорошую игру белорусских актеров.</p>
