<p><strong>В рамках форума был организован спортивный турнир, дискотека, форсайт-дискуссия с участием руководства Компартии Беларуси. Но главное – укрупнение и усиление молодёжной организации коммунистов позволило провести новую учредительную конференцию ЛКМ – уже в качестве республиканского общественного объединения.<br />

На состоявшемся 11 августа торжественном построении от имени ЦК Компартии Первый секретарь, депутат Палаты представителей Национального Собрания Республики Беларусь<strong> А.Н. Сокол</strong> поприветствовал участников форума.</p>
<p>– В прошлом году мы провели первый форум, который позволил нам объединить молодежь из разных областей республики. Хочется отметить, что за прошедший год Лига коммунистической молодежи приросла во всех регионах, а также Минске. Было проведено немало акций с участием ЛКМ, международных встреч, благотворительных мероприятий, организованы молодежные семинары в регионах. Сегодня молодые коммунисты активно продвигают интересы Компартии в социальных сетях и в молодежной среде.<br />
То, что сделано за короткий период, мы должны развивать в дальнейшем. Хочу передать благодарность всем первым секретарям областей, горкомов, райкомов за организацию и проведение форума.</p>

– За этот год Лига коммунистической молодежи состоялась. Вы вовлечены в работу, у вас появилось немало сторонников.<br />
Республике Беларусь, в отличие от ряда бывших советских республик, удалось во многом сохранить принципы экономики и социальной защиты людей, которые были в Советском Союзе. Более справедливого общества не было, нет и не будет. Поэтому сегодня вам, молодым людям, необходимо поддержать практическими действиями те идеи и замыслы, которые  были изложены Президентом в предвыборной программе и на Пятом Всебелорусском народном собрании, чтобы наша республика всегда жила под мирным небом, развивала мощную экономическую базу, использовала научные кадры и потенциал молодежи. </p>
<p>Второй секретарь ЦК <strong>Г.П. Атаманов</strong> отметил, что большие надежды члены Компартии связываются именно с белорусской молодежью.<br />
– Будущее левой идеей, справедливым общественным устройством. Мир вольно или невольно поворачивается влево, а значит, за нашими идеями будущее. Вперед!</p>
<p>В первый день форума состоялась форсайт-дискуссия, посвященная предстоящим выборам в местные Советы депутатов, в которой принял участие первый секретарь ЦК, депутат Палаты представителей Национального Собрания Республики Беларусь<strong> А.Н. Сокол</strong>, депутат Палаты представителей<strong> В.Г. Мисевец</strong>, депутат Мингорсовета<strong> Р.В. Никонов</strong>, заместитель завотдела правовой, аналитической и методической работы Центризбиркома <strong>И.А. Тополь</strong>, первый секретарь ЦК ЛКСМУ <strong>Михаил Кононович</strong>.</p>
<p>Встречу модерировал лидер ЛКМ<strong> Антон Лойко</strong>, присутствовали бойцы международного комсомольского стройотряда, а также корреспонденты портала TUT.by.</p>
<p><strong>А.Н. Сокол</strong> в своем выступлении отметил, что Компартия ведет постоянную кропотливую работу, чтобы заработать авторитет в обществе и успешно представлять интересы людей. На вопрос о возрасте выставленных от Компартии кандидатов Первый секретарь отметил, что молодежь является носителем новых идей, и что коммунисты будут приветствовать любые новшества, чтобы поддержать наших кандидатов, однако подчеркнул, что молодость сама по себе не является неким критерием отбора.</p>
<p>– Люди в партии,  даже моложе 30 лет – имеют опыт. Мы не боремся за количество, нам необходимо качество. Такой же подход сохраняется и при отборе кандидата в депутаты. Важны такие факторы, как личные качества человека, его популярность в округе, знание проблем в округе, в то время как возрастной ценз не превалирует.</p>
<p>Второй секретарь ЦК <strong>Г.П. Атаманов </strong>поделился с членами ЛКМ богатым опытом участия в выборах и рассказал об отдельных процедурных моментах предстоящей кампании, а также о технологиях, которые используются в избирательной практике.<br />
Особое внимание Г.П. Атаманов уделил подбору кадров для работы в избирательных комиссиях, подготовке кандидатов, их команд, созданию социального паспорта округа, поиску средств для агитационной работы, контролю за соблюдением избирательного законодательства.</p>
<p>– Общение с людьми для представления их интересов позволяет увеличивать число сторонников партии. Идти на выборы необходимо максимально, по всем округам. Участие – это опыт, если вы идете на выборы, вы встречаетесь с людьми, учитесь их слышать и понимать их проблемы, получать житейский, государственный и политический опыт.<br />
В заключении Георгий Петрович призвал ребят выйти на старт избирательной кампании подготовленными и активно принимать участие в голосовании.<br />
– Власть будет советская, то есть наша с вами! – под аплодисменты завершил свое выступление второй секретарь ЦК. </p>
<p><strong>Р.В. Никонов</strong> рассказал о вовлечении молодежи в политику, о подготовке к работе в управленческих, производственных структурах и о связанной с ними ответственностью. В качестве примера Роман Никонов привел работу И.В. Сталина «Экономические проблемы социализма в СССР», где И.В. Сталин говорил о необходимости сокращения рабочего дня с параллельным увеличением свободного времени для творческого потенциала. Чтобы это осуществить, необходимо менять логику социального поведения людей, считает Роман Викторович. </p>
<p>Представитель Центризбиркома <strong>И.А. Тополь</strong>, взяв слово, добавил, что И.В. Сталин говорил о сокращении рабочего дня до 6, а затем 5 часов, а также о введении всеобщее образование, без которого построить коммунизм не возможно.</p>
<p>В своем выступлении сотрудник ЦИК рассказал, как по рекомендациям БДИПЧ ОБСЕ создавалась межведомственная рабочая группа, которая разрабатывала нововведения и наработки для изменения избирательного законодательства. В настоящий момент все предложенные новшества ожидают оценки Главы государства на профильном совещании. Иван Тополь также пригласил коммунистов к участию в обсуждении и предложении инициатив.<br />
– Требования БДИПЧ ОБСЕ дифференцированы: некоторые носят процедурный, некоторые – глобальный характер, однако изменять Конституцию, чтобы кому-то угодить неприемлемо. В то же время процедурные поправки могут быть рассмотрены и реализованы, – подытожил эксперт.</p>
<p>Наибольший резонанс вызывало яркое выступление Главы комсомола Украины <strong>Михаила Кононовича</strong>.</p>
<p>– Крайне важно пройти путь от рядового до командира; нельзя из ничего сделать руководителя.<br />
Вы пришли в партию знаний. Это единственная идеологическая партия в вашей стране, у нас и вообще в мире, которая основывается на знаниях и практике. Ни в какой другой партии вы этого не встретите. Партии существуют для того, чтобы взять власть, но не каждая партия четко понимает, что она будет делать с властью. </p>
<p>В буржуазных странах, в том числе Украине, политические партии существуют на основе «волчьей стаи», где в качестве жертвы выступает электорат. После выборов такая партия разбегается, она существует от выборов к выборам, это клуб по интересам, элитарная группа, где спонсоры осуществляют финансирование, проводят выборы, а затем делят должности, сегменты экономики, предприятия. К примеру, губернатор на Украине – это не государственный менеджер, не управленец, а вассал, которому за заслуги «царь-батюшка» жалует землю на «кормление». </p>
<p>Вы пришли в партию с некой целью. Есть те, кто приходит ради карьерного роста – они рассуждают, что партия может дать им. Вы должны ставить вопрос иначе: что вы можете дать партии. Будьте с партией как родные люди, не отделяйте себя от партии. Никто никогда ничего вам не даст и не подарит – боритесь за свою страну и родину.</p>
<p>Отвечая на многочисленные вопросы, Михаил Конович рассказал о ходе судебных тяжб с киевским режимом, самоотводе судей, их нежелании работать на политический заказ и исполнять неконституционное решение, для чего затягивается судебный процесс. «Исполнители – политические трупы, которые будут отвечать за свои дела», – считает Кононович.</p>
<p>– Мы – Компартия Украины. Как во всякой партии, в наших рядах встречались карьеристы и приспособленцы, но госпереворот расставил все по местам: коммунисты остались в партии, а «носители партийного билета» – вне партийных структур.</p>
<p>Выбирая путь коммуниста, никто не мог представить, что через пару лет будут такие гонения на партию. Фактически, моя прежняя жизнь уничтожена – учеба, работа, карьера. Поэтому каждый из вас должен спросить себя: не переступите ли вы красную черту, если вам предложат предать своих товарищей в обмен на сохранение прежней жизни и материальных благ.<br />
Партия должна быть самым священным словом для вас.  </p>
<p>Фактически, сегодня мы вне закона. Служба безопасности Украины в открытую заявляла мне: «Коммунист не может идти на выборы. Мы тебя остановим». Во время агитации подъехал микроавтобус, неизвестные разбили мне голову арматурой – остановили. Поэтому каждый коммунист знает, чем он рискует. У нас есть семьи, родственники, но мы – в бою, по аналогии с 1941-1944 годами действуем на нелегальном положении, находимся в режиме оккупационной администрации, которая управляется извне. Только фашистские режимы запрещают коммунистические партии, как это произошло у нас, и то, что Гитлер не сделал силой, сделали морковкой и пирожком. Поэтому мы никогда не бросим красного знамени, иначе мы просто не коммунисты.</p>
<p>Украинскую власть будут защищать только те, кто находится у кормушки – т.е. киевский режим, и те люди, которые после перворота поделили сферы влияния, это барыги, лавочники и спекулянты. Нормальным людям нет места в нашей стране. </p>
<p>В то же время я этнический белорус, чувствую здесь себя как дома. И меня всегда переполняло чувство гордости за Беларуси. В Украине были пророссийские, прозападные, проамериканские президенты, но не было ни одного проукраинского, патриота. Лукашенко – настоящий патриот вашей страны. Не нужно смотреть, как живет Бельгия и Франция. Никогда мы не будем бельгийцами и французами, и их век – не вечен. </p>
<p><em>В субботу, 12 августа, форум завершился учредительной конференцией Лиги коммунистической молодежи в качестве республиканского общественного объединения, лидером ЛКМ был переизбран Антон Лойко, выбраны трое его заместители. </em><br />
