Непривычный формат его проведения и разносторонность обсуждаемых вопросов еще больше усилило значимость данного мероприятия в контексте политических и социально-экономических преобразований, происходящих в последние годы на  Брестчине. </strong></p>
<p>На оптимистичную волну  предстоящей работы настроило участников пленума  приятное событие:  первый секретарь обкома партии Алина Севрук вручила партийные билеты лучшим представителям Белорусского республиканского Союза молодежи области. Среди них победители нынешней жатвы из ОАО «Комаровка» Брестского района братья Здыщук – Вадим и Максим, победители республиканского  и областного  соревнований, среди комбайнеров молодежных экипажей  сельскохозяйственных и иных организаций. Их трудовой вклад в каравай нашего края весьма значимый: на комбайне КЗС -1218 они убрали  за сезон 581,9 гектара и намолотили 2190,5 тонн зерна, намолот на условный комбайн составил 1927,6 тонны. </p>
<p>Областная  партийная организация  пополнилась  еще одним   коммунистом. Им стал  второй секретарь областного комитета БРСМ Луговской Николай Васильевич. Получив в торжественной обстановке партийные билеты, свою первую акцию молодые коммунисты посвятили возложению гвоздик к памятнику  основателя Коммунистической партии  -  Владимиру Ильичу Ленину. </p>
<p>Волнительным моментом стало и вручение наград. С самыми искренними чувствами поздравили участники пленума своих товарищей, награжденных Грамотой Брестского областного исполнительного комитета  за активную общественную деятельность, значительный личный вклад в патриотическое воспитание молодежи и в связи с 95-летием образования БССР и Коммунистической партии Беларуси Андрея Борисовича Куркача, первого секретаря Ляховичского райкома КПБ и Николая Борисовича Богданова, первого секретаря Барановичского городского комитета КПБ. Благодарственные Письма были вручены Андрею Анатольевичу Денисейко,  члену ЦК КПБ, второму секретарю Ивановского районного комитета КПБ и Татьяне Владимировне Сацюк, первому секретарю Малоритского районного комитета КПБ,  в прошлом  лидеров  районных организаций ОО БРСМ.  </p>
<p>И еще  одно последовало приятное  награждение.  Членам  обкома КПБ  и гостям    Пленума  были   вручены  памятные  медали «95 лет Ленинскому комсомолу».  Каждый  из  них прошел  комсомольской дорогой. </p>
<p>По основному вопросу повестки дня «О задачах партийных комитетов области по усилению идейно-политического влияния КПБ, достижении Программных целей Партии в год 95-летия БССР и КПБ» в роли докладчика выступила первый секретарь ОК КПБ  А.И.Севрук. Алина Ивановна  сделала акцент на том, что в результате Октябрьской революции была принята «Декларация прав народов России», которая положила начало национально-государственному строительству всех народностей, входящих в состав бывшей Российской империи. Детально остановилась на непростой ситуации, предшествующей  образованию Белорусской  Советской  Социалистической Республики и на последующих событиях в Западной Белоруссии, которая по условиям Рижского мирного договора оказалась под оккупацией белополяков.</p>
<p>Глубоко были раскрыты  и страницы революционной борьбы рабочих и крестьян Брестчины после создания в конце 1923 г. Коммунистической партии Западной Белоруссии большевиков, рассказы об огромной политической работе, которую проводили организаторы и руководители Брестской  окружной организации КПЗБ(б): Захар Филимонович Поплавский, Мирон Емельянович Криштафович, Иосиф Павлович Урбанович, Василиса Семеновна Селивоник, Василий Петрович  Ласкович и многие другие патриоты и подпольщики. </p>
<p>Брестская партийная организация, которая насчитывала на 1 августа 1944 года всего 288 коммунистов, сумела выстоять и в страшные годы военного лихолетья,  и в борьбе  с бандитизмом,  и с послевоенной разрухой. Так что коммунисты Брестчины, идя к 95-летию белорусской государственности, с уверенностью могут заявить, что современное независимое государственное образование - Республика Беларусь – основана на прочном фундаменте, созданном предшествующими поколениями белорусов под руководством Коммунистической партии.</p>
<p>Брестчанам есть чем гордиться, подчеркнула в своем докладе   Алина Ивановна: область признана победителем республиканского соревнования по уборке зерновых – валовой сбор зерна с учетом кукурузы составил около 1300 тысяч тонн, урожайность зерновых в 37 кооперативах области достигла более 40 центнеров с гектара. Второе место в республике занимает область по темпам роста производства молока. На 10,2 процента увеличилась реализация скота и птицы. Предприятиями перерабатывающей промышленности освоено 224 новых наименования молочной продукции и 172 вида – мясных изделий. Истоки всенародного благосостояния – в Октябре 1917 и декабре 1918 года, когда была провозглашена БССР. </p>
<p>Главными задачами, которые стоят сегодня перед коммунистами нашей области, А.И.Севрук назвала максимальное использование идеи гигантского потенциала социализма и его коренных преимуществ, вовлечение молодежи в реализацию социально значимых государственных программ, укрепление единства партийных рядов и сотрудничество с прогрессивными течениями. Первичным организациям много предстоит сделать по  организационному укреплению партийных рядов,  разъяснению Программных целей КПБ среди широких слоев населения, внесению в их умы  социалистической идеи нашей партии, влиянию на общественные процессы и управлению ими и др.  </p>
<p>Партийные организации должны  четко  определить приоритетные  направления организационно-партийной  и  идеологической деятельности, которые  будут  способствовать  приданию  необходимых  качеств  КПБ  как  политического авангарда. Поставлена задача,  чтобы  состав  городских и районных  партийных  организаций  обеспечивал  устойчивые  позиции  в регионах. При этом  все коммунисты должны быть  охвачены  партийными  поручениями. Выполнение  уставных  обязанностей  каждым   членом КПБ  должно быть безупречным.  	</p>
<p>С информацией «О проведении отчетно-выборной кампании и одновременной организации обмена партийных билетов на единый образец билета, утвержденный Центральным комитетом КПБ», выступил на пленуме Николай Николаевич Сигиневич, член  бюро ОК  КПБ, член  Совета партии КПБ. </p>
<p>При обсуждении вопроса «Об участии областной партийной организации в предстоящих выборах депутатов местных Советов  27 созыва» начальник главного управления организационно-кадровой работы Брестского облисполкома Александр Михайлович Коледа познакомил с внесением изменений в избирательное законодательство. Главные из них – это  расширение возможностей по выдвижению кандидатов в депутаты и ведение предвыборной агитации,  исключая при этом возможность агитации за бойкот выборов за счет государственных средств. В рамках поднятой проблемы второй секретарь обкома КПБ Ольга Воробей более детально остановилась на задачах коммунистов по идеологическому обеспечению выборной кампании. В частности, Ольга Леонидовна предложила такие действенные формы работы, как встречи с избирателями по месту жительства,  обход дворовых территорий, выступления в средствах массовой информации, в трудовых, студенческих коллективах, пикеты по раздаче информационных материалов о кандидатах в депутаты.</p>
<p>В обсуждении вопросов  пленума приняли  участие первые  секретари  райкомов: Березовского  Купреев В.М., Ляховичского  Куркач  А.Б., Брестского Олещеня С.В., Малоритского  Сатюк Т.В.,  и Пинского  горкома  Каневский А.А., Московской районной  организации  г. Бреста Табачковский В.Н., член  бюро ОК  КПБ  Плетюхов  В. А. и др. </p>
<p>В завершение пленарного заседания было принято постановление  пленума и обращение обкома Брестского обкома КПБ «Об областном юбилейном призыве в ряды КПБ, посвященном 95-летию БССР и КПБ».  В обращении  подчеркнуто: «Говоря о советской системе, о ее завоеваниях и преимуществах, мы не призываем просто вернуться в прошлое. Да это и невозможно. Наша цель - построение нового, современного, социально-ориентированного государства, в котором молодое поколение белорусов будет чувствовать себя спокойно и уверенно. Но возникнуть такое государство может только на основе социалистического опыта.</p>
<p>В год 95-летия БССР и КПБ мы зовем единомышленников в свои ряды!</p>
<p>У жителей области есть крепкий партийный союз, проверенный временем. Это КПБ - партия социализма и народовластия. Партия рабочего класса, крестьянства, интеллигенции, всех людей труда.<br />
95-летие БССР и КПБ - достойный повод встать в ряды КПБ. Нам вместе делать Беларусь могучей и справедливой!»</p>
<p>Заключительным этапом  встречи стало по традиции посещение предприятий. На сей раз ими  были ОАО Ковры Бреста» и СП «Санта-Бремор» ООО.  Жаль, конечно, что первое предприятие пока не смогло в рамках графика текущего года выйти на  прогнозные показатели социально-экономического развития и выхода на безубыточную работу. Хотя восторгаться было чем: здесь  импортные  ткацкие  станки и яркая насыщенная цветовая гамма ковровых изделий,   традиционная  расцветка и  оригинальный современный рисунок,  ковры и дорожки гладкошерстные  и с длинным ворсом… Короче – красота! А ей должна быть дорога. Для этого и проводится здесь масштабная модернизация, которая должна вывести предприятие на широкий простор. </p>
<p>Зато на следующем объекте увидели небывалое: здесь с первого шага все  напоминает чистоту операционных палат, удивляет обилие рыбы и рыбных изделий, и наконец, четкая организация трудового процесса, участниками которого являются в основном женщины.  Труд нелегок. Но, по уверению наших экскурсоводов, хорошо оплачиваемый. Так что убедились мы воочию: стратегия развития предприятия, направленная на поставку производимой продукции на экспорт и на обеспечение населения республики продуктами питания, произведенными из даров моря, позволяет постоянно проводить работу по развитию и совершенствованию производства.</p>
<p>Сегодня «Санта-Бремор» - это 4500 высококвалифицированных  работников; это производственные мощности более 100 000 тонн и более 500 наименований готовой продукции в год; ведущий производитель готовой продукции из рыбы и морепродуктов в Восточной Европе; это лидер продаж готовых к употреблению продуктов из рыбы и морепродуктов в России, мировой лидер по переработке икры (мойвы, семги, трески, минтая и др.). </p>
<p>В работе  Пленума  приняли участие   начальник  главного управления организационно-кадровой  работы  Коледа А.М. и  председатель   Центральной    контрольно-ревизионной  комиссии КПБ  Свирид А.В. </p>
