В зале всего человек тридцать людей преклонного возраста. Отчетный доклад длится минут десять: хвастаться особенно нечем. Именно тогда первым секретарем горкома была избрана член ЦК КПБ, в недавнем прошлом депутат Парламента, опытный партийный работник, человек неуемной энергии и творческого подхода к любому делу, умеющий сплотить вокруг себя людей, Лилия Васильевна Кашенкова.</strong></p>
<p>И вот результат. В просторном зале Дома ветеранов практически нет свободных мест: ведь, кроме больных, пришли все коммунисты, к тому же за эти два года вновь принято и восстановлено в рядах партии более тридцати человек, и ряды наши постоянно пополняются. Вот и нынешнее собрание начинается с вручения партийных билетов. В фойе - выставка: фотоальбомы, повествующие о жизни партийной организации, обширная подборка газетных публикаций (за отчетный период опубликовано 6 статей в газете «Гродненская правда» и 27 - в газете «Коммунист Беларуси»), тексты выступлений по радио и телевидению, книги публицистики, стихов и прозы коммунистов (В. Егорычев и П. Семинский являются членами Союза писателей Беларуси, М. Калачик, Л. Проничева, В. Менченя, Н. Горбачева - члены городских литературных объединений). Наибольший интерес вызывают фотоальбомы: ведь почти каждый коммунист находит себя в числе участников разнообразных по тематике проведенных мероприятий.</p>
<p>На собрании, кроме коммунистов, немало гостей: представители администрации, горкома БРСМ, историко-патриотического клуба «Суть времени». По сложившейся традиции, кроме партийных билетов, перед началом вручаются также Дипломы о занесении в Книгу Почета городской партийной организации нашим старейшинам Елизавете Васильевне Дубине и Тимофею Игнатьевичу Кондратьеву. В эту книгу уже внесены активнейшие коммунисты и ветераны партии, в том числе 17 ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны, наш золотой фонд, как было отмечено в докладе. Это Герой Советского Союза И.Д.Лебедев, И.В.Воронов, В.Ф.Лесной, В.Г.Чебуреев, Г.И.Обелевский и другие.</p>
<p>Отчетный доклад Лилии Кашенковой сопровождается видеорядом. На экране проплывают кадры ежеквартальных партийных собраний по актуальнейшим вопросам деятельности партийной организации, вручения партийных билетов в музее газеты «Гродненская правда», где нашим большим другом журналисткой Светланой Муриной воссоздана история областной и городской партийных организаций КПБ (КПСС), регулярно проводимых общественно-политических чтений, о которых мы уже неоднократно писали, других мероприятий.</p>
<p>Докладчик напомнила о задачах, которые решала городская партийная организация на протяжении отчетного периода. Это участие в укреплении социально-экономическою потенциала города и идеологической работе среди населения, воспитание молодежи в духе патриотизма и высокой нравственности, пропаганда коммунистических идей. Решение этих задач было бы невозможно, если бы не сформировался актив коммунистов, беззаветно преданных делу партии, честных, порядочных, с чувством высочайшей ответственности относящихся к любому партийному порученному делу. Это второй секретарь горкома В.Ф.Ходыкин, члены бюро и секретари первичных партийных организаций Н. А. Протасевич, В. П. Печенев, Р. К. Вейкшнер, М. К. Рудко, Д.С.Овсейчик, Ж.С.Микша, Ж. С. Баглык.</p>
<p>Колоссальный вклад в пропаганду коммунистических идей и разработку методов идеологической работы на современном этапе вносит своими книгами и статьями коммунист, кандидат исторических наук, доцент Владимир Евгеньевич Егорычев. И мы гордимся, что ему недавно присвоено почетное звание «Человек года». И не случайно коммунисты в числе наиболее запомнившихся мероприятий назвали конференцию «Идеология мысли - идеология слова», посвященную творчеству Егорычева, а также встречу с депутатом Палаты Представителей Е.П.Бересневой, круглый стол, посвященный 90-летию образования СССР, общественно-политические чтения, посвященные Машерову, Притыцкому, партийным деятелям Гродненщины Беляковой и Клецкову.</p>
<p>Отличительной чертой деятельности бюро горкома и его первого секретаря было внимание к личности каждого коммуниста. Традиционными стали поздравления юбиляров. Добрые слова были сказаны о каждой женщине на встрече «Наша жизнь - наша биография», проведенной накануне 8 марта; в дни празднования Великой Победы проведено чествование ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны «Память огненных лет».</p>
<p>К проведению этих мероприятий привлечены молодые люди. Члены БРСМ участвовали в целом ряде наших мероприятий, в том числе в многолюдной встрече ветеранов пионерского движения, приуроченной к юбилею Всесоюзной пионерской организации.</p>
<p>Укрепление связей как с БРСМ, так и с другими общественными организациями, такими как совет ветеранов, областное отделение Фонда Мира, женская организация, литературное объединение «Надежда», сделало наши традиционные митинги у памятника В.И.Ленину в день рождения вождя и в День Великого Октября более массовыми, с каждым годом они все больше привлекают внимание населения. И что характерно: после каждого митинга наши ряды пополняются.</p>
<p>Значительное место в работе партийной организации занимает и благотворительная деятельность: шефство над координационным центром для детей-инвалидов, над Домом ветеранов в урочище Пушкари. Посещения этих учреждений с подарками, концертами уже стало традицией. На очереди сбор библиотеки для ветеранов.</p>
<p>Докладчик отметила, что впереди у городской партийной организации стоят конкретные важные задачи. Во-первых, это участие в предстоящей кампании по выборам в местные Советы. У нас уже сложился определенный опыт. Почти все коммунисты на предыдущих выборах работали в качестве членов окружных и участковых избирательных комиссий, наблюдателей. Есть надежда на такое же активное участие в предстоящих выборах. Большая работа предстоит по подготовке к празднованию 70-летия Великой Победы и освобождения Беларуси от ига фашизма. Эта работа уже начата. Издана книга «Эхо войны в детских сердцах», готовится новая книга «Сохраним память - сохраним будущее» с воспоминаниями детей войны и узников концлагерей. Совсем недавно прошла экскурсия по Гродненскому району «По местам сражений, по местам боев». Коммунисты встретились со школьниками, возложили цветы на братские могилы. Работа эта будет продолжена.</p>
<p>Планируется ряд мероприятий, посвященных 95-летию КПБ. Мы надеемся, что в процессе их проведения нам удастся привлечь в партийные ряды больше молодежи.</p>
<p>Не обошла докладчик и недостатков, остановилась на таких больных вопросах, как пополнение рядов каждой партийной организации, подписка на партийную печать, выполнение партийных поручений.</p>
<p>Выступившие в прениях коммунисты Волынчук, Кондратьев, Печенев, Воронов, Микша дополнили докладчика, внесли ряд интересных предложений, работу бюро горкома предложили признать удовлетворительной. Принято конкретное постановление. Первым секретарем ГК КПБ вновь избрана Лилия Кашенкова.</p>
<p>Собрание завершилось концертом любительских коллективов Гродненского района.</p>
