<p><strong>Родом из СССР</strong><br />
- Все мы родом из СССР. Наш Союз компартий, прежде всего, ставил задачу восстановить на добровольной, демократической основе порушенное союзное Отечество.<br />
Наша стратегия должна заключаться в утверждении обновленного социализма, без которого невозможно противостоять глобализации по-американски, новой олигархии и тому националистическому угару, который всячески стимулируется американцами, в том числе и на просторах объединенной Европы.</p>
<p>Даже природа восстала против политики глобалистов своими пожарами, цунами, наводнениями, засухами и другими стихийными катаклизмами. Планета не желает дикой эксплуатации, она пытается напомнить Человеку, что он вышел из природы, поэтому обязан вести себя цивилизованно и духовно.</p>
<p>Наша стратегия может быть реализована при условии солидарности всех прогрессивных сил планеты. Всех, кто хотел бы мира. Всех, кто понимает, что без уважения к человеку труда, высокой духовности, качественного образования и современной науки многие проблемы не разрешимы.</p>
<p>А это и составляет суть обновленного социализма и удивительного результата компартии Китая, которая последние тридцать лет показала, что проводя такого рода политику с учетом национальной специфики, можно стать ведущей державой мира. Тридцать лет назад китайцы ездили на осликах и велосипедах, сегодня они стали космической державой. И вот-вот в ближайшие пять лет обойдут США.</p>
<p><strong>За солидарность и взаимопомощь! </strong><br />
Мы должны понимать, что сегодня против славян ведется откровенный Холокост. Что и привело к трагедии на Украине. Поэтому без солидарности, без поддержки друг друга, без защиты наших партий и движений невозможно реализовать ключевые программные установки.</p>
<p>У каждого из нас должна быть конкретная программа помощи братским партиям и народам. Это сбор гуманитарной помощи, проведение митингов и пикетов. Каждый обязан проявить личную солидарность в борьбе против неофашизма, который поднял голову и который начинает диктовать свои условия.</p>
<p>Внешняя политика США во все времена была агрессивной и во многом человеконенавистнической. Для них доллар – это главный бог. Для них захват чужих территорий и рынков – главная цель. Никакие разговоры о правах человека и демократии не могут закамуфлировать эту жуткую картину. Таким же образом ведет себя  и объединенная Европа.</p>
<p>Кто в Европе сегодня сопротивляется новым санкциям против России? Промышленные круги Германии, финансисты Лондона и представители военно-промышленного комплекса Франции. Им не выгоден разрыв отношений с Россией.  Они сегодня понимают, что на просторах России, Украины, Белоруссии и Казахстана огромные ресурсы: половина чернозема планеты, половина хвойного леса и половина пресной воды.</p>
<p><strong>Суть стратегии США</strong><br />
Американцы первыми освоили производство сланцевого газа, поэтому они хотят выдавить Россию из Европы любой ценой.</p>
<p>Они хотят ослабить не только Россию, но и объединенную Европу. Ведь еще недавно стоимость Евро и американского доллара были равны, а сегодня Евро на одну треть дороже доллара. Американцев это не устраивает.</p>
<p>Их не волнует, что завтра будет с объединенной Европой. Но зато их очень волнует, чтобы американский доллар по-прежнему оставался мировой валютой, чтобы США сумели захватить основные рынки по производству газа, и тогда смогли потеснить русских вглубь холодного континента, превратив нашу страну окончательно в сырьевой придаток. Вот суть их стратегии. Все, что мы сегодня видим в Молдавии и на Украине, – производное этой стратегии.</p>
<p>Поэтому мы сегодня ставим перед собой задачу формирования Союза государственно-патриотических сил. Такой Союз сможет противостоять этому монстру. Мы, объединенный Союз компартий, должны идти в авангарде этого противостояния, отстаивать идеалы обновленного социализма и интересы трудящихся.</p>
<p><strong>Ростки новой политики</strong><br />
Надо отдать должное в последнее время Путину. Сама жизнь и обстановка вынудили его сместиться чуть влево на государственно-патриотические позиции. Для меня было неожиданным, когда он, выступая в Мюнхене, сказал: «Как же так? Мы пошли вам навстречу, мы встроились в хвост вашей политике, мы вывели свои войска, мы ушли из Прибалтики, вы обещали нам не расширять НАТО, а ваше НАТО нас уже приперло чуть ли не к Питеру и Москве. А сейчас уже готовы влезть в Грузию, Молдову и на Украину».</p>
<p>В западных средствах массовой информации тут же поднялся дикий вой против выступления Путина и в целом против России. Если вы сейчас полистаете основные англоязычные газеты, вы просто ахнете. Более жесткой, более неприкрытой отвратительной формы не было даже во времена холодной войны.</p>
<p>Затем на Валдае Путин сказал, что мы должны рассматривать нашу тысячелетнюю историю в единстве имперской, советской и современной. Из этого, по его мнению, мы должны взять в наследство все необходимое. Он также предложил написать честный, нормальный учебник истории и полноценный учебник русского языка.</p>
<p>В одном из своих интервью, когда ему в лоб задали вопрос, что он думает о компартии, Путин ответил, что во многом с Зюгановым не согласен, но за коммунистов голосуют миллионы людей, а КПРФ имеет уникальную историю, что коммунисты выставили в социальной политике интересные предложения, с которыми мы вынуждены согласиться.</p>
<p>Я, выступая на отчете Медведева в Думе, сказал: можете сколько угодно говорить об успехах, но, если у вас не будет работать промышленность, если не освоите новые технологии, то на что рассчитывать? Чтобы выполнить социальные обязательства, которые взял на себя Путин, надо иметь темпы роста ВВП более 5%. А сегодня рост ВВП - 0.5%. Это означает, что вы не справляетесь со своими задачами.</p>
<p>Гений Ленина и Сталина заключался в том, что они не только осуществили план ГОЭЛРО, НЭП и индустриализацию, но одновременно создали и суперсистему подготовки кадров, начиная с ФЗО, кончая лучшими институтами.</p>
<p>Да, сегодня в России есть ростки новой политики. Решили «национализировать» элиту, запретили двойное гражданство, заставили вернуть счета. Бжезинский как-то сказал очень откровенно: «Ваши 500 главных миллионеров и миллиардеров держат деньги у нас. Поэтому надо спросить, чья это элита? Ваша или наша?». Абсолютно правильно сказал.</p>
<p>И я на встрече с Путиным спросил его: «Скажите, кто из олигархов поддержал Ваше решение по Крыму и Севастополю? Кто из Ваших министров поддерживает ваши патриотические заявления? Я не слышал ни одного выступления».</p>
<p>Я считаю, что у нас есть не только пятая, но и шестая колонна, которая активно работает в либеральных средствах массовой информации, которая ведет к разрушению общества. Поэтому заявление американцев, что следующими будут белорусы и русские, это не случайность. Это продуманная стратегия экспансии и агрессии, и мы должны сообща ей сопротивляться.</p>
<p><strong>Твердо стоять на защите интересов трудящихся!</strong><br />
Вот тут для нас стоит очень острый вопрос: соединяемся ли мы с партией власти или по-прежнему проводим свою старую политику?</p>
<p>Мы обсуждали этот вопрос с нашими коллегами и прямо заявили: что касается национально-государственных интересов и безопасности – в этом отношении мы будем поддерживать все, что идет на пользу нашей стране и трудовому народу. Что же касается финансово-экономического курса, социальной политики и политики, связанной с защитой трудящихся, здесь мы будем жестко продолжать отстаивать свои программные цели и интересы.</p>
<p>В стране растет социальное расслоение. За пять лет кризиса утроилось число миллионеров и миллиардеров. Америка забила тревогу, что у них один процент населения владеет одной третью национального богатства. А у нас в России всего 110 семей владеют также третью национального богатства. Дикое расслоение плюс национальное напряжение, плюс слом военно-стратегического паритета являются тремя главными угрозами, и борьба с этими угрозами – ключевая задача всех партий в России, вне зависимости от их ориентации.</p>
<p>Кроме компартии России и наших союзников поставить ребром этот вопрос некому. Мы будем на этом настаивать – жестко, последовательно, заинтересованно и массово. Поэтому мы каждые 2-3 недели проводим пикеты, митинги и другие акции протеста.  Они, конечно, должны проводиться более массово и жестче, но мы за последние полгода все время наращивали эту работу.</p>
<p>Ситуация в целом в России, я должен вас проинформировать, выглядит удручающе. Инфляция достигла почти 8%, и в конце года будет гораздо больше плановой. Безработица, особенно скрытая, нарастает. Так, на Тольяттинском заводе 5100 человек написали заявления на увольнение. Внешняя задолженность составляет 1 триллион 750 млрд.</p>
<p>У нас раньше было почти три десятка субъектов Российской Федерации, которые давали доход. Сейчас всего 11 субъектов-доноров, а остальные стоят с протянутой рукой. Четверть банков, вообще, нерентабельны, а половину надо закрывать или разгонять. Уровень жизни начинает падать. В Москве он в этом году сократится примерно на четверть. Это очень ощутимо.</p>
<p><strong>Ситуация вызреет!</strong><br />
Итак, еще раз подчеркиваю: без широкого Союза государственно-патриотических сил, основу которого составляет компартия, в России невозможно оздоровить обстановку и реализовать наши принципиальные цели. На этом направлении нам надо наращивать очень энергично все усилия.</p>
<p>В этой связи мы подготовили закон о промышленной политике. Я думаю, внесем его в этом семестре, в начале сентября.</p>
<p>Мы сочувствуем и понимаем, какую трагедию переживает братский украинский народ. Мы осознаем, как тяжело нашим братьям и единомышленникам на Украине. Украина стала жертвой, прежде всего, олигархически-бандитского капитализма, когда девять кланов растащили ее на куски и каждый создает свою феодальную армию, свой лживый, отвратительный, продажный телеканал, своих карателей, своих нацистов.</p>
<p>Мы можем в информационном плане оказать очень мощное давление. Уверяю вас, на Украине миллионы людей имеют историческую память. Миллионы людей, которые ненавидят бандеровщину и на своем личном опыте почувствовали, что это такое. Я уверен, что ситуация вызреет, должна быть широкая массовая низовая поддержка.</p>
